ABUBA Steak - Serpong — Restaurant in Kelapa Dua

This was the first time I ate at Abuba Steak, and I think it's not bad. But with many good words of mouth about it among my friends, it's rather mediocre than I initially expected.

Generally speaking, my overall experience was rather standard and nothing special. I came on Saturday night, and the place was really crowded. The waiters were rather busy with themselves, and I was lucky enough to be seated right away. I ordered a New Zealand Tenderloin Steak with Black Pepper Sauce and a Strawberry Juice. The steak was a bit disappointing... It's not really tender (although I ordered it to be cooked medium well). The sauce was quite good, but the potato wedges were slightly undercooked. However, the Strawberry Juice was really fresh and good.

Man, this is my second review after the 4th visit. Today is the worst! I tried the Tbone steak and very disappointed! The meat is as tough as a rubber both NZ and local. It even difficult to cut with my steak knife provided ! Even worse, the meat is undercook halfway on one side and overcooked on the other. The black pepper souce has no taste and seems like they like to put sweet souce on the meat and all the souces.

Make sure and double check with the waitres your order. Once i saw one customer really mad with the waitress becoz the order has not out for more than 1 hour and the waitress just see blank. Not sure what happened but it make the environment hot. I dont see any manager taking care of this. That guy and family are really mad. Try their 3 juices. See...

Almost everything is bad. No silverware on the table until food arrived and been asked for. FYI: food came up about 45mins of waiting for 2 main dish. Even appetizer came up as well as the main dish hit the table.

Cutleries doesn't meet any satisfaction.

Services were very bad. Too many waiter but took a million years to come with warm Milo.

Food hygiene is another issue. For i had hair on my food for standard priced food. Really, there are other steakhouse with cheaper price and even better

Also had boneless chicken breast with bone in it, served cold, not even warm. Sorry gotta say that.

Well in general i could say it did not meet my expectation at all. And sadly, i will not come back for these...
