Okinawa Sushi Gading Serpong — Restaurant in Kelapa Dua

Giving it a 3, but this is unexpectable for me.

Usually the food is fresh and the soyu ketchup is good but i came here on Monday for dinner with my wife but the salmon didn't taste as fresh as usual and the soyu ketchup is too salty (doesn't smell fresh as well).

The waiter at the 1st floor needs to keep the athmosphere as an eating place, not a work place where one waiter discussing things one to another. At the very least, keep it in a low volume or something. Even heard someone watching tiktok (coz the tiktok music beats the restaurant ambience music) and i bet it's not the customer. Although, order taking and serving is exceptional as always. Love the hospitality.

Last thing is the gyukatsu.. requested the waiter to ask to kitchen if the meat is meltique or not, they said it's not meltique but it actually does. Could've ordered something else like more sashimi rather than having the dinner ruined from eating a salmon to a meltique.

All in all, my wife and I ate everything we ordered and will give it a try another day.

Last time I gave this location 4 stars but changed to 1 star. I go with my disabled son occasionally to eat and always arrive restaurants a minimum 20 minutes earlier than opening time to make sure we're first because of my sons disability. I was also standing in front of the door to make sure no mistake as my son only likes 1 specific table. When store opened waiter stepped around me and let 2nd customer in line who only came 8 minutes before??? Of course seated them at the only table he will sit at. Had to argue with staff for 7 minutes before customers overheard conversation and offered to move. A big disrespect of customer and disabled people by Okinawa Sushi Gading Serpong. We usually eat a lot but only ordered for disabled son and daughter today. My wife very upset and couldn't eat so of course I didn't either. There was also no Tuna the main reason we came today. Jadi ud dari lama bgt penasaran mw coba Onkinawa Sushi, dan baru kesampean hari ini. Sumpah ya dari tempat, food quality, service, cleanness mereka JUARA BANGET. Jadi aku pesan : Salmon Sashimi - SUPER RECOMMEND !! Ya lord ini tuh devisini worth all your maneehhh ‹*. Dari first bite kalian bakal tau loh ini salmon FRESH!!! Untuk ukuran sashimi aku bisa bilang ini daging fresh yg tidak amis dan texture daging salmonnya beneran kerasa bgt tiap gigitan. Plus ini beneran devinisi Tako Sashimise , - Taste good Not big fan, karena buat aku Tako Sashimi mereka cut nya terlalu tebal gitu jadi agak susah untuk dikunyah. Tpi untuk harga dan porsi oke la. Oh dan yes ini juga FRESH SEKALEEHHH 3.Ika Sushi Si - LEGIT !!!!! Oke ini si ika mereka damn legit !!! Aku suka sebrnya karena beneran seFRESH itu dagingnya. Jadi Ika Sushi mereka tidak ada varian Aburi Ika Original. Cuma pas aku request untuk minta diTorch dan jadiin Aburi Ika Og, ternyata dikabulkan. PLUS POINT BANGET dan bener aja jauh lebih enak. Aburi Ika Black Pepper Taste good Ya ini sama aja kyk si Ika Sushi cuma bedanya mereka tambahin sauce black pepper dan ditorch gitu. Tpi tetep enak sih. Unagi Sushi - Taste good Ya jujur ini seperti unagi pada umumnya.. cuma menurut ku unagi mereka cukup ada hint smokey gitu. 6.Okinawa Delux Sushi - MUST ORDER !! Kenapa MUST ORDER ? Karena kalian bisa test satu" dlu kualitas, rasa dan varian daging mereka yg kalian suka dengan pesan ini. Jadi klo mw tambah order ud tw mana yg suka dan legit menurut kalian. Oh aku recommend pesen yg Delux juga karena kalian bisa ngerasain tanpa terkecoh sama rasa chesse (klo pesen sushi chesse series) atau terkecoh sama rasa mentai (klo pesen sushi mentai series)

Untuk nasi di sushi mereka sih gk perlu ditanya yaa..., samgat padat, lembut, & wangi... Beneran kerasa nasi beras jepang banget !!! Lalu untuk Service, jujur aku agak kaget karena semua staff sangat polite, cekatan dan sangat notice klo ada tamu yg mw order atau manggil. Dan product knowledge mereka juara Kebersihan tempat ??? Gila! Gk usah ditanya. Meski interior mereka serame itu, aku gk spot debu sedikitpun di rak" pajangan mereka. Dan toilet mereka juga bersih wangi. /~ Untuk tempat emg sih juara banget dekorasinya, tpi maaf sekali nih... sempit shay... Gk boong ini beneran sempit karena mereka cuma ambil 1 ruko doang kan gitu. Jadi ya gk bisa...
