Karnivor — Restaurant in Kota Bekasi

This was my second visit to Karnivor Bekasi, and this time it was for a special occasion — my son’s birthday celebration! And once again, the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

We ordered their signature Meat Tower — a gigantic 2kg beef tower that looked as stunning as it tasted! The beef was perfectly cooked, super tender, and every bite was full of rich, juicy flavor. It came with bread on the side and was more than enough to feed 6–7 people comfortably. Truly a showstopper and perfect for group celebrations!

We also tried their chicken steak, and honestly, it was just as impressive. The meat was soft and juicy, with a seasoning that was just right — savory, flavorful, and satisfying. You can tell the kitchen team really knows how to cook meat to perfection.

Since it was a birthday, the staff surprised us with a complimentary Terra Cake — a unique and creative cave-themed birthday cake that was both fun and memorable. A really thoughtful touch that made our celebration even more special!

The interior design of the restaurant is also worth mentioning. Designed by Bitte Studio, the space feels modern yet cozy, with unique touches that make it stand out. Whether you’re dining with family or friends, the ambiance really adds to the overall experience.

Parking? Not a problem. They have a large parking area, so you don’t have to worry even if you come in a group or during busy hours.

And last but definitely not least — the service was exceptional. Every single staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. They explained the menu in great detail, gave helpful suggestions, and always served us with a genuine smile. Everything was delivered quickly, and we felt very well taken care of throughout the meal.

Overall, Karnivor Bekasi continues to impress me. The combination of delicious food, stunning ambiance, and outstanding service makes it one of the best dining spots in town — especially for celebrations. We’ll definitely be coming back again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable...

Howdy... Sesuai dengan namanya, buat pencinta daging terutama steak, bisa coba makan di sini. Range harga dua digit sampai tiga digit ribuan, buat warga Bekasi dan sekitarnya, sikaatt...

Berlokasi di kompleks La Terrazza, antara Solaria dan Kopi Janji Jiwa, mengusung konsep cowboy, dengan interior dominan bata, seng, dan kayu. Tersedia area out door, indoor dengan ac dan kipas angin. Jika ingin lebih private, juga tersedia ruangan khusus. Nyaman dan tentunya instagramable. Buat yang suka rustic style, cocok kesini. Staf yang melayani juga mendukung suasana, menggunakan topi cowboy dan cukup ramah.

Serunya, porsi steak bisa disesuaikan kebutuhan dengan 5 saus yang bisa dipilih sesuai selera. Tersedia porsi individu atau sharing. Resto ini memiliki steak ukuran jumbo, dari 600 gram sampai 1 kilogram, lho. Ahoyy, bisa bawa pasukan. Biar gak blenek makan daging terus, bisa pilih opsi platters dengan variasi berbagai side dish. Buat yang gak suka daging sapi, disediakan menu ayam, juga tersedia pizza, pasta dan salad. Mau menu DIY? Tersedia DIY burger steak. Eits,buat minuman ada healthy juice buat penetralisir lemak, smoothies dan punch selain soft drink, kopi & teh. Ada dessert juga, ya.Lengkaplah.

Hari ini, kami pesan menu sharing untuk makanan dan minuman. Pilihan jatuh pada Cowboy Cut, daging sapi berukuran 600 gram dengan side dish potato wedges, sweet corn lengkap dengan bonggol, brussel sprout & jalapeno, disajikan dengan saus mushroom sesuai rekomendasi dari waitress, dengan tingkat kematangan medium well. Untuk side dish bisa dipilih mashed potatoes, french fries atau wedges.

Makanan tiba setelah menunggu kira-kira 30 menit-an, disajikan dalam pan ukuran sedang. Penampakan, sungguh menggoda untuk segera di makan & tentunya terlalu sayang kalau tidak diabadikan. Daging empuk sewaktu disantap. Kadar airnya sudah berkurang dan warna daging secara keseluruhan sudah kecoklatan (sesuai permintaan,cek), dibumbui dengan baik, rempah lembut terasa dalam kunyahan, ditambah lagi dengan saus mushroom yang ringan, tidak terlalu kental sebagai penambah rasa, buat sensasi makan steak jadi lengkap. Sayuran well cooked, menyisakan kesegaran krinyis-kriyis ketika di makan.

Sementara untuk minuman, kami pesan Jungle Punch, minuman berasa melon dengan kesegaran mint, lemon dan selasih dalam pitcher bisa sharing berdua. Pas di siang hari yang panas.

Very delicious and surprisingly affordable for middle class steak resto. Located on La Terrazza Summarecon complex, this resto is easy to find and parking spot is very wide. Resto decoration is dominated by combination of rustic - industrial - jungle decoration with (very dim) yellow lighting. First floor (with aircon) is for non-smoking and second and third floor (with fans) are for smoking area (the third floor was closed when we came here). Music volume was low, this resto is ver comfortable for intimate talk with friends. Food taste was delicious, one of the most recommended for local brand steak, and portion was big.
