Pig Hunter Summarecon — Restaurant in Kota Bekasi

The food menu has a lot more options since my first visit over a year ago. Not just pork, but also chicken, seafood and many side options (fries, noodles, rice, vegetables and even pizza.)

Last time I thought the ground pork dish was tasty, albeit too salty, but I didn't see it on the menu this time.

Today I tried the grilled ribs, which comes with fries and a small salad included. The BBQ sauce was slightly spicy to me, but not enough that Indonesian customers will notice. The end piece of the ribs is difficult to eat with all the bones melded together, but the meat was still tender and tasty.

I liked the solid menu format, but a digital version of the menu would also be helpful, to show a photo of each dish and make translation easier. (Wi-Fi...

The dishes were good but with a bit less salt the would have been great. The pork knuckle and crispy pork dishes were delicious with lots of meat and lots of fat. The crispness was perfect and everything was eaten. The vegetable meat dishes were salty. I would suggest using less salt and let customers salt their own food to their liking. The ribs were very good and we had ordered so much food we had lots of left overs to eat the following day and those ribs were good too. Beer was served cold in a chilled glass and it went well with salty but I sure enjoy a delicious cold beer will eating pork. I do recommend this Restaurant and all their dishes. We had a party of 13 and everyone commented on the saltiness but...

Saya kesini senin sore. Makan beberapa makanan. Nasi Campur Bali, Sop Spesial, Kailan 2 rasa, Crispy Pork Belly.

Plus nya tempat ini, terutama yang di bekasi : pilhan menu yang beragam dan terus update dari waktu ke waktu. Service nya lumayan cepat. Tempatnya bagus dan cozy.

Namun, beberapa kali saya kesini tidak pernah kecewa seperti ini.

Piring pada Nasi Campur Bali, kotor dan kurang bersih pada bagian samping nya. Masih ada bekas lap minyak dingin seperti lemak babi/ grease. Acar nya juga sangat lembek. Seperti barang lama. Rasanya lumayan. 7/10

Sop Spesial Babi, ketika datang posisi sop tidak panas. Hanya hangat kuku. Dan kemudian di menu tertulis berisi : crispy pork belly, namun nyatanya direbus dan jadi tidak crispy lagi (well - its a common sense, tapi kita gabisa takar ekspektasi orang toh?). Rasanya 6,5/10

Kailan 2 rasa, sangat sangat berminyak. Dan rasanya sama. Saya kurang paham rasanya yang membedakan dari mana? Karna jauh berbeda dari judul. Kemudian piring nya pun sama, masih ada sisa lemak dingin yang dilap dan tersisa jalur lap. NB : kailan goreng nya asin. Rasa 4/10

Pork belly, ketika memesan tidak mendapatkan penjelasan yang pasti. Tentang gramasi (yang di infokan adalah 200gr) namun ketika datang seperti 120-140gr saja. Daging sangat kering. Kulit masih keras. Disaat bersamaan, acar nya pun lembek sekali. Rasa 4/10
