Never stayed in Magelang before, so it was my first night exploring the culinary and I got to know about Sate Pisang!
This place is the first one that appears on Google when I searched for Sate Pisang. By looking at the place, I know this place is legendary!
We ordered Sate Pisang, Wedang Ronde and Es Ronde. So Sate Pisang is (CMIIW) cut-up steamed banana covered in a sweet white sauce that I think was made of coconut milk. The Wedang Ronde is so good! The peanut and sugar filling is quite generous. The Es Ronde uses syrup-based water, so it’s not gingery like the warm one and it has some cut-up pineapples as well.
