AMARANTH — Restaurant in Kuta Selatan

If I could rate this restaurant 0 star I would. Yesterday around 8pm we placed order. One half cooked tuna salad, one butter tuna steak and one fried rice. At 8.50pm, almost 1h after our gojek rider waiting at the restaurant, we were starved so I called to ask, why it took so long. The staff kept saying sorry sorry your order is already ready we are waiting for the rider to deliver in a very humble way. 5min later, I saw that our rider was still at the restaurant waiting on the app, so I called again, same guy, same explanation: your order is ready, just wait for the delivery, we are sorry. But was it ready 5min ago? Another 5min passed, our rider still waiting. So I chatted with him. He said that they are not ready with the food yet. It was already more than 1h. I called the restaurant and asked why these simple orders could take up to 1h? And why lying to say it’s ready when it’s not? Still the “Sorry sorry” as reply, and also “we have too many orders”. When we finally got the order, the chicken satay in the fried noodle is not even cooked. Can you imagine that? THE WORST delivery experience ever for all of us. Please if you want your night hang out between friends to be ruined by mediocre food you...

We stayed with them for 2 nights. The room was very clean, cozy and the bed was as comfortable as could be. The staff is friendly and welcoming, we even arrived 3 hours before check in and still had acces to all the facilities on site apart from our room which was not ready yet. The restaurant is very good and quite cheap. The star of the show for us was the tuna tartar which we couldn't get enough of. Breakfast was available all day and the options were very varied, from occidental classics to asian delicasies. Coffee was another strong point of the restaurant, both as normal black cofee and as coffee drinks prepared with plant...

Popped into this restaurant for a "quick meal". An hour after ordering, my special fried rice arrived stone cold and my son's well-done steak arrived rare. Not impressed. The food quality itself is fine, but the length of wait is not. The waiting staff seem oblivious to this fact. As an aside, the Indonesian teen-pop that the waiting staff continuously play on the TV screen is really irritating. But the waiting staff like it, which is what really matters after all. Hard...
