I would like to talk about my experience at Sixsense Resort.
We visited Bali last March for our honeymoon. Me, my wife and our unborn child. And my family stayed at Sixsense from March 21st to 23rd. As you know, this period was NyePi period, so it was difficult for us to visit other places in Uluwatu Island. This meant that we only had to use the resort's facilities during our stay. We would especially like to commend the service at Rocka Restaurant. We ate almost all of our meals there. But there was a special staff member there, and she took care of us on almost every visit. Her(staff) name is ‘ni putu pradnyan pramesti dewi (esti)’. My wife is pregnant. Ms. Esti provided us with all the kindness and service she could for her pregnant wife. She provided maternity consideration food especially for my pregnant wife. (With a special request to the kitchen...)
In addition, they were considerate of the seating arrangement so that there was no crowding in the movement line. This consideration was even more special at the specially held NyePi Dinner event. On that day, an Italian instant dish was specially served. She gave special comments to the chef, and the chef served us with special attention. His name is Mr.Gilang, and I express my deepest gratitude to him.
Thanks to her service, we were able to create very pleasant memories at the resort. This experience made us plan to visit Sixsense uluwatu again, and we will consider Sixsense first even if we visit...

Our waitress appeared to be an intern, and she took quite some time to bring us water, which we received only an hour after being seated. Even bringing the wine proved to be a challenge, with the glasses she brought being dirty. Furthermore, the waitress made multiple trips to our table, bringing one thing at a time and taking ten minutes each time she left.
The trouble continued when the waitress had difficulty opening a bottle of wine, and she ended up getting our order wrong. As a result, my husband and I couldn't enjoy our meal together as he had to wait for his corrected order. Despite the service mishaps, the food was quite good.
Overall, while we were impressed with the beautiful view, we were disappointed with the slow and error-prone service, particularly considering the prices of the restaurant. We would recommend that the management focus on improving the training and service of their staff to ensure that their customers have an enjoyable...
