This is an always nice place for a quick bite. It is an open space restaurant inside the Pepito market. We come here since years ago for shopping and food. I like that when I'm hungry and need a small shopping, I can enter, order food at H&B, book a table in the restaurant, and go for 10 min groceries shopping, then eat (or grab) food on the way out. The food is always good, they prepare it fresh, and as a European I can say they have one of best nasi goreng I ever had, which at 40k IDR, a big portion. Anyway, I know their sandwiches, different meat dishes, all is good. Great coffee. Rather a quick service! It isn't a place for a romantic date with your crush, but definitely great for a business meeting, quick tasty bite on the go, prices are reasonable, and the...
We go to the supermarket for groceries, and next to it is this café. A couple of times we had coffee with a croissant there. However, the food is terrible and completely tasteless. The coffee is decent)) But the true source of amusement is the staff, who always have a dissatisfied expression on their faces. One time, I asked for a glass of water for my child, and they offered me to buy a bottle of water for 30,000, even though the same water costs 5,000 at the nearby supermarket. When I refused, the cashier rolled her eyes.
The last time we left the supermarket with our child and sat outside at a table to eat the ice cream we bought there. The waitress came out and brought us a menu, but we declined and said we wouldn’t be ordering. And what happened?)) The waitress told us to leave if we weren’t going to order anything. I can somewhat understand if they have a policy against this, but she could have approached us politely to explain instead of rolling her eyes and pointing with a disgruntled look at where we should go. That’s all you need to know about the food and service at this lovely café)) I highly do not recommend...

The food is not only delicious but also very affordable, which is a rare find in this area. Whether it’s their sandwiches or desserts, everything tastes fresh and satisfying. Plus, their wide selection of teas paired with natural honey is such a unique touch!
