Very good day spa. We walked in after having a light nasi goreng lunch opp. They were able to find a couple room slot for us. We chose 90mins relaxing massage with lemongrass oil for 598k nett per pax ( about SGD$40/hr ). We were showed to our couple room that has outdoor shower for use after massage. They provided a locker key to store bags and valuables in a large wooden box underneath the massage bed. It provided us with peace of mind knowing our valuables are well kept ( cause opening the box creates a loud noise ). We changed into a robe with disposable underwear. Then we sat at a bench to have our feet thoroughly washed. Before the 90mins massage begins we were shown a table clock stating the time we started which was 14:06. By the time everything finished the clock showed 15:39. So guests really get the full 90mins. Then we were invited to take a quick shower and change to our originals while the 2 lady massuers waited outside ( a well deserved tip always brings a smile to their faces ). The 2 lady massuers may be petite but their skills and strength were very good. Came here with my partner in July 2023 due to the high google reviews and also the proximity to our hotel in Nusa Dua.

The place: clean, well kept with friendly reception staff.

The massage: below expectation. Both my partner and I found that our masseuse lacked the experience and skills. Despite what we read on google reviews and the description of the massage on their website promising to release tension, the massage lacked strength (it was basically touching rather than pressing). Repeated requests were made to increase the pressing pressure but to no avail.

Visit here if you want to take a gamble and hopefully get serviced by an experienced masseuse. Do not come if your expect a high quality massage, I have tried our massage places in Nusa Dua, you’ll be better served elsewhere.

While I appreciate the renovations and the massages offered, I experienced some frustrating situations during my recent visit. During my Padma massage, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, even after setting it to 16 degrees Celsius.

I requested assistance from the team to fix the issue, but they informed me that the manager was not available. Despite this, no one took immediate action to address my request, even when a staff member attempted to adjust the air conditioning.

I had to endure the discomfort and ultimately requested a fan as a simple solution, yet there was a lack of proactive response from the team.

Furthermore, I observed unprofessional behavior from the staff, as they engaged in rude exchanges and seemed distracted from attending to customers at the front desk. This behavior was particularly concerning, especially when the manager was claimed to be unavailable.
