I cannot say enough kind and positive words for this spa! The ladies went above and beyond to make our experience one I will honestly never forget.

It started off a bit rocky because we asked Sri Bali Spa to pick us up from Bali Beach Hotel Nusa Dua because our travel agent's itinerary advised we would be in Nusa Dua during the second half of our vacation. We didn't know any better. We were in Sanur not Nusa Dua. We eventually arrived about a half hour late. I tried to pay for the cab because it was my fault the original driver went to the incorrect hotel, however, the ladies met us outside and insisted that they pay for the cab. I was shocked!

The atmosphere of the spa was pleasant, clean, calming, and inviting. Thankfully so because I was all frazzled due to my earlier blunder and knowing we were late. My sister and I were offered use of restrooms, given tea, and chose from various massage oils. We were then taken to our respective massage rooms that were nicely appointed with a flower bath that included our names in flowers!

The massage was top tier! Best massage I had while in Bali (I had 3). The body scrub was EVERYTHING! My skin felt so smooth and soft afterward. Be aware, those girls are small in appearance but they are strong! Choose your pressure level carefully lol! They are trained very well in their craft!

Things got a little dicey after the massage because I wanted some nice photos of myself in the flower bath. I asked the young lady who did my massage to take some pictures. She did so, however, the pictures were absolutely horrible! I was so disappointed because this was our last day in Bali and I knew we wouldn't have time to schedule another flower bath.

After getting dressed and going out to the sitting area, the owner came out and asked me whether I enjoyed my services. I told her the massage was wonderful but I was very disappointed in my pictures. I was really embarrassed to show her the photos but I did. She apologized and walked away for a few moments. I didn't want to get the young lady who did my massage in trouble.

She returned and asked me whether we could go back to the room and re-take more acceptable photos because the flowers were still in the tub. I nervously said yes and followed them back to the room. She had a team of ladies, including herself (3) come in and assist me. The owner placed a sarong on me so elegantly, set up a teacup and saucer placement, lit candles on the side of the tub, and went into photo shoot mode! One was posing me, the other was taking pictures with my phone, another was taking pictures with their phone. Then they told me to take off the sarong and get in the tub and instructed me with additional poses. I was so impressed and honestly overwhelmed!! The owner worked hard to turn things around and that she did! I thanked her repeatedly.The girl who originally massaged me even help me dress, bless her heart! I told her she could stay in the room because I knew she had to clean up and I felt so bad because I ratted on her about the original pictures.

One of the ladies showed me all the new pictures and air dropped them to me. They were fantastic!! I was elated. I went to the sitting area and didn't see my sister. I asked one of the other young ladies there where she was and they said she was in her room taking pictures too!!! She didn't even complain about her pictures, yet they gave her the same treatment they gave me!

Guess what??!! All this for $40 US!! And their driver transported us back to our hotel for no additional fee. We insisted that we pay more but they wouldn't accepted additional payment. We gave the massage therapist and driver bot tips of course but I really wanted to pay the ladies more for their time, effort and service. They told us some of the girls are still being trained on photos.

My private car charter recommended this spa as he was affiliated with the place. He promised local prices but when we arrived, that wasn’t the case. The picture shows the ACTUAL PRICE. Most of the pictures shown in Google reviews are misleading as they aren’t recent. After asking the masseuse about the discrepancy with the prices on Google, she said that the online price list was a ‘promotion’. She tried to sweeten the deal by offering discounts, but it was still more expensive than what you could find elsewhere. One of my friends agreed to get the massage so the masseuse asked my friend to choose what oil they wanted. Then the masseuse disappeared for 5 minutes (mind you, she was behind a curtain and we could hear her talking to other people and laughing, at the same time my driver started texting asking what was wrong).

She reappeared later saying she could only offer the discounted price if all of us there got a massage. We felt overly uncomfortable, and that’s when we decided to leave WITHOUT employing any of...
