A Shockingly Bad Experience - Poor Value, Deceptive Practices, and Rude Service

I feel compelled to share an appalling experience my wife and I had at this establishment. It was a masterclass in how to disappoint a customer in every way possible.

Deceptive Size and Shockingly Poor Value:

· The "Chicken Sandwich": What was advertised as a chicken sandwich was, in reality, a miniature version. It was embarrassingly small for the price charged. · The "Five Fries" Fiasco: The portion of fries was laughable. I counted exactly five fries served alongside the tiny sandwich. This is not an exaggeration; it's an indictment of their stinginess. · Inflated Pricing: The prices are already significantly inflated on the menu, but the final bill becomes truly outrageous once taxes are added. You end up paying a premium price for a minuscule amount of food.

Deceptive and Unethical Practice: The most egregious part was the discovery that the sandwich wasstuffed with paper packaging on the inside. This is utterly unacceptable. It's a deliberate trick to create the illusion of a fuller sandwich while reducing the actual edible content. It’s not just cheap; it's unhygienic and dishonest.

Unbelievably Rude and Inflexible Service: The already negative experience was cemented by the staff's attitude.As we had so few fries, I politely asked if we could possibly have just two extra fries to share. The request was denied in the most curt and impolite manner with a dismissive "No, it's enough." The lack of basic customer care and the sheer miserliness on display were astounding.

Final Verdict: This was,without a doubt, one of the worst culinary purchases I have ever made. You are actively cheated on the quantity, the quality, and the honesty of what you receive, all while being treated with disrespect.

I strongly urge you to avoid this place at all costs. Your money and your appetite deserve...

I was truly excited to try this place out when I saw they were serving Shawarma. Unfortunately I was severely disappointed. This restaurant has potential but lacks the finishing touches. First of all, the photo of the Shawarma platter on the menu looks entirely different to what is served. The Shawarma platter is served covered in barbecue sauce so that you are unable to taste the flavors of the meat and only BBQ sauce. Instead of pita bread being served on the side, it’s chopped up into tiny morsels and mixed into the barbecue sauce Meat mixture. Why not just serve BBQ sauce on the side and display the natural flavors and textures of the meat. The hummus was actually really good and the pita bread served with It was delicious as well. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t serve the bread from the Hummus along with the platter instead of a tortilla style bread chopped up into many pieces and soaking in barbecue sauce .Also, the menu shows two prices for chicken and lamb , and does not show a price for a mixed platter. The staff is not knowledgeable of the price of a mixed platter with both chicken and lamb. I hope this review allows constructive feedback so that it can...

Amazing authentic Turkish dishes served by humble full-smile Balinese hospitality. Ellerinize sağlık gerçekten mükemmel oldu. On numara :)

On the picture, I tried: Chicken Wings 9/10 Chicken Wings grilled with herbs, Turkish style with lavash bread, fried fries, salad and sauce. Super fresh and not feeling guilty. One suggestion from me to make the sauce a bit thicker, so it can coat the chicken perfectly.

on previous occasion I have also tried: Eskimo Strawberry Blueberry shisa /nargile.. 10/10 smooth. smooth. smooth. perfect recipe. Enjoyed every sip of it.

Iskeder Kebabı 9/10 took me back to Bursa where I enjoyed it for the first time. I loved the combination of the tomato sauce and yoghurt and of course the kebab. Would love to suggest to improve with the original flat bread (pide) and melted butter, but I gotta say the taste was just as lovely.

Jimbaran Sidewalk also provide live music or DJ every night so, don't worry about the ambience, it was chill and fun. I'm confident to say that this is one of the best Turkish restaurant...
