Thanks for your reply. I understand that delivery can affect the quality, but to be honest, the issue wasn’t just the delivery , the pizza itself was not up to standard. Soggy, not cut properly, and very poorly packed. That part is on the restaurant, not the delivery driver.

I’d love to believe the food would be better in person, but first impressions matter. Hope you can work with your delivery partners to improve the experience for future customers.

Honestly, I don’t understand why this place is so highly-rated. I got my food delivered via Grab, but not only was my food late for a jaw-dropping near-hour, but my soggy pizza, for one, came with my toppings haphazardly distributed. What was worse, the taste was nothing remarkable either — definitely not that good to excuse all other screw-ups.

Worst of all, the driver from Grab called me during the delay and subtly asked for a tip, mentioning that he had been waiting for a long time. I had already chosen priority delivery, and the delay wasn’t even my fault — so I don’t see why I should be the one to cover the cost.

The pizza box was so saucy that the bottom was torn, and the sauce was spread on the table, which I was forced to clean. The pizza wasn’t even cut properly – I tore it up by hand just so I could eat. It was even hard to talk about the flavor, because even the basics weren’t correct.

Actually, I was enjoying one of these sloppy tourist-y pizzas that you might find off some nondescript Italian street. I’ve got a lot more to say, but I will leave it at that. It seriously needs a...

I don't usually give bad reviews unless it's really bad..

Went there on a Saturday night in my quest to find the perfect tiramisu which I still haven't found. Read the Google reviews and decided to go there although it's an hour's drive.

The restaurant was empty, with no guests but us and a few staff. Ordered antipasti 1st and it took almost 40 mnt. Ordered the next dish which was pizza and spaghetti bolognese. Here comes the drama..

We had to wait for another 40 minutes for pizza and until our pizza was almost finished, my pasta wasn't there.. So I asked where's my pasta, and she said it's coming. But somehow I knew that they had forgotten my order!! Anyway.. She said that another 7 mnt because they cooked the pasta from RAW ( I asked her, did you make the pasta from scratch?) She said no, it's from a package.. hahahahhaa...

Instead of saying sorry they forgot my pasta, she kept giving me excuses but anyway, I waited and after 10 minutes, she came to inform me another 5 minutes.

Finally, my pasta arrived, nice presentation but unfortunately, the pasta was undercooked instead of al dente 😅😅 so so disappointed!! She offered to make a new one but I felt gutted already.

Anyways, tiramisu came out ok tho.. Very light and creamy.

The pizza was so so, thin and crispy, I had a better one in Nusa Dua and I think by far it's the best!

Will I come...

If you're local do not eat here coz they're only serve for foreigner... we're ordered 1 pizza, 1 gnocchi, sparkling water and tea, waited for 45 minutes they delivered only the water and gnocchi. We're asking bout the tea since we're thirsty but they said it's still on process. Finished the gnocchi in less than 30 minutes but pizza and tea still not arrived yet. Our friend who came 30 minutes after us ordered 1 pizza and mashed potato for take away, its finished in less than 30 minutes. But, we're waiting for 1.5 hours to dine in did not get the same pizza that our friend ordered and the waiters not even apologized to us.. Very fascinating..! Meanwhile we saw they serves very attentively to foreigner... thank you for your service Lit Pizza..! Notes: if you say because its Nyepi and crowded...how come the order of our friend who came 30minutes after us for take away got their order, meanwhile for us got only the gnocchi and water... not even the tea, until we finally left...
