We normally sit upstairs, look at the menu before ordering, enjoy their food and pay before leaving.

This time, we arrived at 12:03 and we were stopped and told that we needed to order from the counter without even looking or offered a menu, we asked if we could still have the free coffee that they offer when ordering breakfast and were told that no, because the offer ended 3 minutes ago. In the very beginning, the resto was very accommodating, friendly staff and food was good. Nowadays, food is still good but the staffs are very strict and so like wearing horse goggles, doing everything as instructed, can't be bent for even a simple reason.
