OWNER!!!! I AM A REGULAR BUYER OF YOUR CHICKEN AT KEROBOKAN NORMALLY. SINCE KEROBOKAN IS NOW CLOSED, I AM IN LENGTH TO GO TO SUNSET BRANCH.

YOUR STAFF DID NOT WANT TO SERVE ME, BECAUSE I CANNOT COME DOWN FROM MY CAR, SINCE I PARK MY CAR BY THE STREET. COULDN'T PARK AT YOUR SIDES AS YOUR NEIGHBOURS WERE STILL OPEN. SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T WANT TO ACCEPT MY ORDER BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT TO COME DOWN. I ORDERED TAKE AWAY FOR GOD'S SAKE!! SHE INSISTED ME (WITH ANGRY FACE) TO COME DOWN TO BEING SERVE. SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T WANT TO BRING THE FOOD AND BACK TO HER STATION. YOUR PLACE WAS EMPTY. NOBODY WAS EATING EXCEPT A MAN WITH HER.

IS THERE ANY REGULATION FROM YOUR COMPANY ABOUT THIS?

Always ask to cut the chicken in half and SMELL inside before buying!

I have bought from here almost every day for a month now and have unfortunately had several bad chickens.

Luckily, I share my food with beach dogs and they save me every time. No matter how hungry, they refuse to eat the grilled chicken when it's bad. I have tried to get my money back, but the owner demands that I have the smelly chicken with me and show them. Like I would keep it for a second.

It would be great service and even better buisness to just give a new chicken to often...

This is my second time visiting Chicken Run, and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience! The chicken, grilled to perfection for two hours, remains incredibly juicy and never dry. I appreciate that the seasoning is just right—flavorful without overwhelming your palate or leaving an overpowering aftertaste.

A special mention goes to their Balinese sambal, which complements the chicken beautifully and adds an extra layer of deliciousness.
