KOKONANA Lombok — Restaurant in Lombok

The coffee was good, but what truly stood out to me was the behavior of the manager. I witnessed a situation where a customer was disrespectful to a member of the staff, to the point where the staff member was brought to tears. The manager did not ignore the situation but instead directly addressed the customer, asking her to apologize for her unacceptable behavior. Nice little café right next to the jetty for the fast boats. The inside is air-conditioned, and there are a few outdoor tables with a view of the water, which is nice while you wait for your boat. The iced cappuccino was good, but the iced matcha was really disappointing — barely any matcha flavor at all. Honestly one of the weakest matchas I’ve had on Lombok. Okay spot for a quick coffee, but I wouldn’t come here...

I visited Kokonana Cafe a few weeks ago now and it was fabulous!! The food, the window looking on to the beautiful harbour and the service (by Win) was exceptional.
