Terra - Plant Based Food — Restaurant in Lombok

Extremely clean, healthy, delicious food that is presented in such a way that you would typically expect it to come slapped with an extremely high price and tiny portion… However that is not the case here. The food portions are perfect, leaving you very satisfied, and the price is SO well justified that it has become our benchmarks for every other restaurant in the area. In fact, it’s made it hard for us to eat anywhere else now as nowhere can compare on price, quality and uniqueness. For this reason, we’ve ate here 6 out of the last 9 days for lunch and we will continue to do so for the remaining month in Lombok… and each day we are so excited to come back and try something new. I just wish they were open for dinner too.

We’ve tried almost everything on the menu between us, and we keep coming back to the papaya sushi and the protein salad, often ordering a loaf of banana bread to go. The smoothies are a meal in themselves and are so good post surf to bring you back to life as well.

This has become one of favourite restaurants. Not just in Lombok, but in general and for anyone who is also vegan, gf (gluten free or intolerant) and vegetarian, this is an absolute must. It’s funny how one restaurant can really make a difference to those who are.

P.s. It’s nice to come back 3.5 years later as well and see the same super nice staff. That alone says...

Went at 7 pm and part of the food arrived at 8. Absolutely zero flavor in any of the food. Salad was basic and dressing bland (kambucha basil) …. Potatoes were extremely over cooked and they somehow ran out of the side topping after ordering (many items were “sold out”). Tempe burger had a nice bun but zero flavor. Miso soup had nice mushrooms but zero flavor and please do not order Tempe sushi as it’s bland without any sushi flavors besides the soy sauce.

Pretty sure this might be the only raw / organic style food in town and the people who care only about ingredients might enjoy.

Not one table around looked satisfied. Do not sit in the indoor upstairs room next to kitchen. Was awkwardly quiet with zero music and zero atmosphere.

We rarely leave food uneaten or at least take it with us but unfortunately nothing was worthy of taking just to toss out.

Raw organics who care less about flavors might enjoy

We did receive a free kids ice cream for our wait which the kid didn’t eat and then somehow managed to give us the wrong bill at the end and had to come back down the street to pay again.

The food was amazing. The best falafel and the humus and the avocado were delicious. Me and my friend really appreciated the food but the service was awfull. Coffe not my favourite, didn't like it. The inside area was hot, aircon was not working and we asked twice about it and they didn't reply to the question, they looked annoyed because we asked. After one hour we saw a tecnician trying to fix it and we realized that we were right and for us it was ok we just wanted to know so there was nothing wrong about saying that was not working instead of avoiding the question. My friend than wanted to order a smoothy, she asked them question as she is allergic to stuff and sometimes is better to double check. When she was talking with one of the memeber staff another memeber staff behind her was rolling his eyes as annoyed about my friend question. I found it rude and unprofessional as she was aking for her own safe. The food was good I will not denied but I will not reccomend for the people and the atmophere.
