Everyone who has been talks about Kenza if you mention staying in or near Kuta in Lombok. Having passed by, I was impressed by the sheer number of customers it had. It seems to be the busiest place in Kuta by far.
Now having tried the place out myself I can see why. Firstly, the place looks amazing with a beach/natural colour palette, a mix of rattan, natural woods and a touch of Mediterranean details. Tall windows illuminate the space and let in the palm trees that surround the cafe grounds.
The staff are so so nice and make you feel incredibly welcome and warm, a real showcasing of Lombok hospitality the area is reputated for. My servers were Faizin and Yudi who were both so delightful as was all the staff. They were also very attentive and detailed oriented, constantly buzzing about serving people or tidying up. What an amazing crew of staff!
The food was also incredible. I had the big breakfast which really impressed me. The mushrooms in particular was a sucker punch of flavour I didn't realise I was craving. I also tried their carrot cake, which was succulent and moist.
The drinks were also incredible - I have felt that a lot of drinks in Lombok have been watered down. Not the case here, I had the Golden Mermaid and Berry Fiesta which were both stellar. The Golden Mermaid is a must try, it's peanut goodness in...
Read moreKenza Lombok quickly became one of my absolute favorite restaurants during my stay in Kuta, Lombok. It’s the kind of place you naturally easy to choose when you’re looking for a wholesome breakfast or brunch to start your day right. The atmosphere is calm, cozy, and beautifully styled, a perfect whether you’re dining alone or with friends. What really stood out to me, aside from the great food, was the exceptional hospitality. The staff are fast, attentive, and professional, and the most importantly is they treat all guests equally, with genuine friendliness and respect. In a place where service can often feel different based on who you are, this felt refreshingly inclusive and respectful.
The menu is full of delicious, balanced taste, and health-forward options, with portions that are generous and well worth the price. Everything I tried was fresh, beautifully presented, and satisfying. My personal top three favorites (optionally matching with the drinks) are: Mermaid Kiss with Matcha Master Moroccan Eggs with Golden Mermaid Green Diamonds with pure Balinese Cacao Elixir.
Whether you’re visiting Kuta for a short time or staying longer, I genuinely recommend you to visit Kenza. It’s more than just a restaurant, It’s an experience that sets the tone for a good day. Can’t wait...

The food? Simply outstanding. Every dish is crafted with love, care and a deep sense of flavour. Whether it’s something fresh, a surprising twist on a local classic or a beautifully balanced cocktail everything is done with finesse. You taste passion, you feel intention.
What truly sets this place apart though, is the energy. It’s magnetic. You don’t just come here to eat you come to connect, to relax, to celebrate life. It’s rare to find a place that feels this alive, yet so grounded and soulful at the same time.
