Bluder Cokro — Restaurant in Madiun

The best bluder in town??? Soft but price more expensive then nasi pecel(pecel rice), but to be honest we don't like it, because taste far away from overseas bread, not luxury elegant enough. No fragrance milk taste. Fake ovomaltine, use own cheap chocolate. "Tested with device, contain BENZOATE(benzoat)"!!! PLEASE don't LIKE TO CUSTOMER NO PRESERVATIVE!! Pity madiun and east java people who love eat this, me, my local & foreigner friend disappointed after 3hours driving from surabaya, taste far away from the word delicious and elegant, especially since 1989 still no improvement yet. My friend maid can make better taste then this big bluder shop. Owner selling clothes, but i think not a good idea to bought it because make us like a staff wear bluder tshirt. I visited this bakery shop yesterday. I would say that Bluder cokro is the famous place if you want to buy some biscuits or bread. The place is pretty clean, the staff is quite good. They provide bread with some flavours: Coffee, Cheese, Greantea, Blueberry, Strawbery, Peanut, Ovaltine, Smoked beef, Original, and Etc also you can buy some souvenir as well such as T-shirt, Mug and some stuff. The parking area is quite spacious but sometimes it was disturbing when the put all the cars inside the main road which is the road is not that big enaough. I hope they can put parking area for a car somewhere. I hope they can be more innovative about the flavours. But this is recommend for you who wants to bring some...

Bluder is not so a new thing for me. Thus I have heard it few years back from a friend of mine. A new friend has remind me with the food when I want to visit Madiun for a business trip. My friend said that I need to be there and taste the fluffy bread of the Bluder. The placed was good both interior and exterior. More into a bread boutique than a shop. The staff so helpfull. Many variety of bluder, from the original and cheese to a "now taste" such as : blue berry, tiramisu and ovomaltine. The price is a bit high compares to an ordinary bread.
