It's a 24 hours cafe shop under a management of what used to be called "no limit cafe" so it is definitely at least three stars cafe materials. They have a good wifi, a comfy sofa with an aircon smoking room, an outdoor seat, and most importantly a long cable of electrical plugs on every table for our devices needs.
