I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at Mercure Makassar Nexa Pettarani. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, I felt genuinely welcomed, valued, and well cared for.

I want to especially recognize the leadership of Ibu Wiwied, the General Manager of the hotel. Her attentiveness and personal involvement made a meaningful difference in ensuring my stay was smooth, pleasant, and comfortable. It is clear that she leads with a strong sense of hospitality, professionalism, and heart. Her dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every detail, and I deeply appreciate the care she took to make me feel at home.

In addition, I would like to extend my gratitude to Pak Muh Aras, who assisted with the booking process, room arrangements, and airport pickup. His coordination was seamless and efficient, and he displayed a genuine commitment to making my arrival and stay stress-free. The level of service he provided reflected not only professionalism but also kindness and warmth—qualities that truly elevate the guest experience.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Every member of the staff I encountered was courteous, helpful, and pleasant, contributing to a very positive overall impression. The room was well prepared, and the facilities were well maintained. I also appreciated the little thoughtful touches that added comfort to my stay.

Awesome new hotel with cebtral location. The rome rate is arround 500k idr per night including breakfast. The rooms are very nicely designed with plenty ouf elctric outlets for your devices and a work area. The breaksfast is spectacular and the hotel offers a wide range of western and indonesian food. Roomservice is equally well equiped with a large menue with each dish being around 100k idr, which is expansive but reasonable. The hotel furthermore offers easy parking access and plenty of parking space and has a very stylish lobby with a lot of beautyful wood panels. The service of the staff is very professional and good. Furthermore there is a spa (starting from 200k for a massage) and a ballroom for weddings and the like. The only things that are dissapointing are the pool and the gym. The pool is very big and has a nice area for sunbathing, however the pool is quite shallow with a depth of only 120cm, which makes the pool optimal for a visit with kids. For swimming however that is too shallow. The gym is very clean and stylish but only equipped with the basics: a few 5kg dumbells, a lat pull down machine, two stationary bikes, and two treadmills. The gym has a nice bathroom, a locker for your stuff, a free water dispenser and is nicly ventilated. If the gym would even better equipped and the pool deeper a Mecure hotel would be one of the best hotels...

I will try to review this hotel part by part. I came around 15.00 by taxi, nobody there to help with my luggages. Ok and then I proceeded to the reception to perform check in. One staff at the desk, short line. But the one behind me seems unpatient. I welcome by the staff but he looked so busy, try to welcome and at the same answer some phone (fix phone). Which i totally understand because he was alone. And I proceeded to my room. Room is good, clean, simplicity modern design which i love. Bed quality is also great. The shower pressure also great. But i realized at night the sound proofing of the room is not so good. I can hear the sound of the road which so annoyed. In my opinion they should informed it in the first place. Im so lazy to ask them to change to another room. Gym facilities is ok , they have basic item. The food are great, i ordered for my lunch and breakfast as well. So yummy. Check out precedure was great. Quick and efficient. I just hope they can improve better for some item. And remember greeting is a must when you run a hospitality field,...
