Popsa District — Restaurant in Makassar

I was here on Saturday evening and it was just unbearable. They don't know how to manage such place. It's so hot, we waited for almost an hour for the food, the cashier was overwhelmed by the crowd, the food runners are exhausted, and the place was dirty. They have a live music starting at 9.30 pm which was alright, but all of the seats are taken and it is too hot to enjoy your food, I guarantee you'll be sweating and uncomfortable. I give it one star for being open whilst most of Macassar's food offerings are shut down during the day for Ramadan. I give it another star for the view of the sea out the back, the cat and the fish pond. You have to order your food at a vendor, take an invoice to a cashier then, take a copy of it back to the vendor, then you get a table number to put on your table. My ice coffee was made with condensed milk and it was disgusting. No wifi here but there is seating outside with water views. Go and have a look at the view then...
