Alright, gotta be real about my experience at Bakso Damas in 2024. The last time I was here was in 2021, and I was hoping things would get better when I came back. But nope! Today, my partner and I came, and we paid 160k IDR for two bowls. That's a lot for just two bowls of basic bakso. Honestly, the bakso from UMKM in Malang is way better.

And the service? Dang, it was terrible. The cashier was super slow, the tables were a mess, there were broken glasses, tissues everywhere. My partner might be able to tolerate it, but I can't. The staff was impolite, when I asked something about the meatball they never answer with words but gesture, when they asked what I wanted to drink I said, "warm milk," and rather than asked me to repeat myself politely they asked like, "Hah? Apa sih?," I felt dissatisfied by that. The meatball was not hot nor warm, it was simply nearing cold dish, well I thought meatballs supposed to be warm and hot but what is this?
