came here with my friends on february 18 and I had a truly bad experience with their service. around 16:00 we decided to put our names on waitinglist. small place, crazy lines, thought this place was worth it so we wouldn't mind.

after waiting in line for an hour, finally it was our turn to order. But suddenly they informed me and my friends that we need to wait for another 15 people for our order to came because one of their machine was broken.

we were shocked as they didn't tell us beforehand when we put our names on the waitinglist. that was the most basic thing to do in service industry (not only F&B) but they failed to do so and they didn't even say sorry. bet they didn't even understand that what they did is actually wrong judging from their expression

me and my friend told them that what they were doing wasn't right and we might give them bad review, although we wouldn't really actually do it if they could at least admit their mistake and say sorry, but one of their staff, a woman with black hijabs said "Go Ahead" so here I am

apparently after we left, those bunch of people who are lining behind us left too

I wish I read the reviews first on google before coming here, because apparently they got a lot of bad reviews regarding the service. I wouldn't say I won't recommend this place, but y'all need to be careful. There are many more good places nearby that sell similar things with decent or an even...

The food was okay, but service during peak hours was horrible. Please be advised not to come during weekends/holidays/weekends on holiday season. Everyone is busy, yet everything is delayed. It's like they are not ready for the crowd..

We planned to dine in, but they said it was full, so we switched to takeaway. We ate dinner nearby while waiting for our orders. Food was not ready when we finished dinner (around 8.45PM). Because waitress said they haven't made it, thus we wanted to do dine in instead - got rejected. I assume it's because of the platting & all.

I wasn't planning on writing any review but this one got me; it was raining outside, and because our bingsoo was not ready for another 30 minutes, we were thinking of sitting & eating inside with our takeaway meals (some tables were empty). But got rejected as well. We ended up eating our food at their waiting seats - until our bingsoo was ready.

First visit: Ordered milk tea without boba, matcha bingsoo, and I forgot the noodle's name. The milk tea was great, one of the best in Malang, as far as I remember it was on par with the Alley. Bingsoo was definitely the best I ever taste in Malang. The noodle's soup was good, if I didn't feel the resemblances with indomie ayam bawang. But the meatballs was superb! Would I order this again? Yes.

Second visit: Ordered milk tea without boba again, but it was far from good. Only drink it a sip. There was unpleasant smell from the tea. And this time I ordered apple crumble pudding. It was really great. Love it.

Third visit: Ordered their fruit tea. It's consist of yuzu and lime if I remember correctly. And it taste refreshing! Also ordered rambutan pudding and felt in love with it! I told them about the milk tea problem because I really want to taste the same quality like the first time I come here. They kindly offered me to try one without charge. What a service!

Great service, great product, good vibes! The price is definitely above the average, but I don't mind for...

This was my second visit to this place. I went on a weekday at 5 PM, and it was much less crowded than the weekend. Only two people were ahead of us in the queue, so we got seated quickly. The staff were friendly and introduced us to the new menu and seating arrangements. They accept cash, QRIS, and debit payments, but no Mastercard or credit cards. We ordered Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsoo and Hotteok (Mixed Flavors) Hotteok: Served hot, which was nice. Our favorite was the chocolate one. However, the texture was more like regular bread rather than the chewy, glutinous flour texture of authentic hotteok. Bingsoo: I couldn’t find and taste the “cheesecake” element at all, but there was a lot of Regal biscuit. Honestly, a more fitting name would be Strawberry Regal Bingsoo. Overall, the experience was good, but nothing particularly special. It’s a decent place for dessert, but some menu items could be improved to match their descriptions better. ps. avoid sitting near the end of the room (near the toilet)-it smells unpleasant.

Super ecstatic to have an authentic bingsoo place in Malang. I mean the bingsoo that usually being sold in my hometown usually the cheap version. But Timtong elevated it close to the actual bingsoo supposed to be. It was delicious, the ice shaved is so soft and creamy because it was made from creamy milk and processed using the real bingsoo machine. The red bean on my Azuki Matcha is also royal. I mean they gave me lots of it so it is guaranteed you’re gonna be satisfied to have one bowl of shared bingsoo here. The single serving is actually for 2 portion and the sharing serving can be enjoyed by 3-4 person. The price is affordable. Place is comfy but too small and often had long queue. The sweetener is using honey. Anyway they also sell refreshing drinks and tea which are also hard to miss. I will definitely go back here and recommend this place despite its well-known association with the Masterchef winner 👀
