The most classical problem of FNB businesses does not lies in the quality of the food but instead the quality of its employees/servers. You may have a tasty and delicious FNBs, you may have an instagramable place, but without good personality and ethics from your employees in terms of service excellent, your business will not expand to another level. Your 2nd floor employees are the most awful, if not unethical people I ever seen. Me and my family were still enjoying your delicious strawberry peanut butter and a cup of hot coffee and came this guy asking us to leave immediately cause they are going to start cleaning the room while in fact it was still 15.20 and according to your business hours posted in your profile, it suppose to close at 16.00 on Sunday. I mean, we can have at least 5 minutes to finish but this guy arrogantly stated that we must leave NOW. It was a kind of humiliation for us cause we did not eat for free there, we pay not just for the coffee but also for the vibe but this guy destroyed our sunday afternoon.
