A nice hotel in Manado. We stayed 2 days before we went to the Bunaken National Park. It's a 10min taxi ride away from the airport. The staff is very friendly and speaks fluent English. There is a concierge at the door who greets you very polite everytime and opens the door. We had a room on the 10th floor with a great view over the city, the ocean and the Bunaken National Park. The room was a bit older but very clean and a comfy bed. In the bathroom there were toothbrushes, soap, shower gel, shower cap and so on. Several restaurants, cafes, the mall and laundry places are just around the corner. The breakfast buffet is huge with lots of western and Asian options as well as fresh fruit. We would come again. I ask to change my room for another room but the new room has exactly the same problem (and was not ready at 5pm !!): bedrooms smell very bad cigarettes ...if this hotel cannot have no smoking rooms they should tell it before!! Sleeping all night with poluted air is not what I am looking for at holidays. Also that room is not well maintained and not very well cleaned. We also got bothered at the reception to prove that we made payment for booking (booked on their website with Visa.Guess they don't manage well their payments). Terrible view of a wall 😡😞. Very bad experience in that hotel. I really don't recommand that hotel unless you are smoker and pay cash and don't care about service

I have no idea how this hotel can achieve so many stars. We stayed one night in November 2024 and it was horrible. The entire hotel is totally run down, the beds sheets are old and look dirty, the bathroom is disgusting with mould and water running on the floor every time you use the tap in the sink. Hardly any water comes out of the shower head. The cups and glasses are not clean. The food is also not good. The chicken is more bone than meat. The pizza is think with a not tasty cheese, the fries soggy. The water dispensers on the corridors look dirty. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

We went there for Buka Puasa and Dinner last night. The place was very comfy but a bit crowded but we got tables which is great, food was delicious especially the soto ayam. Staff at the receptionist were professional at giving information we need, and those who worked at the restaurant were also outstanding to handle such a crowd ensuring all the requests were taken care in time. Over all it was a happy evening meeting all friends accompanied with food and music. Thank you Aston. 👍

Salah satu hotel bintang 4 di kota manado yang cukup strategis di pusat kota….pelayanan baik, staff cukup gercep alias gerak cepat. Fasilitas umum di lengkapi swimming pool dan tempat gym. Untuk dalam kamar disediakan pemanas air minum dan tea/coffee. Untuk air minum di sediakan dispenser di beberapa titik depan kamar. Harga cukup bersahabat 415k/malam untuk kamar superior
