Marugame Udon, Manado Town Square 3 — Restaurant in Manado

The menu choices in this restaurant are so many options, but the staff who took order made me disappointed, menu served didn't match what I ordered, and the staff even argued with me as a customer with unfriendly behavior, surprisingly this should not happen in the service industry. I really appreciate their Manager coming up to me and apologizing, even giving one meal as a complement, but I'm sorry since I don't need other menu even it's offered for free. Anyway thanks to the Manager for fast respond to handle the complain, hope will improve your standard...

Okay Udon restaurant in the Manado Town Square mall.

The menu is easy to understand and order from, the service is quick enough and the portions are decent.

The other items they sell, such as skewers have been done way too long in advance and do not taste good nor worth the price for the size.

Overall somewhat satisfied for the udon but...
