This place is totally overrated. Yes, it has trendy Decour and lots of concrete. It also sells some cool, Artisanal coffee with different brewing methods. This is probably the only reason why I would ever come back, to drink their coffee. But note that it is not a good place to work at all. Their Wi-Fi is unbearably slow. The music is also way too loud! Nonetheless, there are a few outlets to charge your devices.
Food was the biggest disappointment here. They do not have a big menu. Dishes are quite expensive for the small, tiny portion you get. It was very disappointing. They also do not have a single vegetarian dish on the menu except for french fries and fried banana, which felt like it was frozen and premade in a bad way.
The staff said that their kitchen could make me nasi goreng vegetarian, with no me and just vegetables. But when they brought out the dish, it was doused in fish sauce and oyster sauce even though I specifically requested no fish sauce. Thereâs not a single vegetable in it either. It was literally just rice with an egg on top and fish sauce. I was so frustrated because I had to wait 20 minutes and then return the dish for something else. On the second try, the restaurant made me plain pasta with some veggies. It was good but not...

I tried Drip coffee with no sugar (they called it Americano. You have to say no sugar because Indonesian coffee culture is assuming you drink coffee with sugar). The beans had some acidity that did not overwhelmed the over all coffee experience. It felt clean compare to other places and not so bitter. So if you want to taste the coffee bean for your main coffee experience, this is the place.
They have smoking and non smoking rooms. They open in the morning at 08:00 until midnight. Best time to visit is at night (after 21:00) is better. The weather in Indonesia is not cold, in fact it is very humid so better to come at night when it is a bit cold.
I did not try other menu. So you can check from other reviewers.
One downside is for the local coffee shop, it is certainly a bit expensive. But it is worth it with...
Read moreI discovered this place through a friendâs Instagram and, naturally, made it my first stop when I visited Jogja. It has such a warm, inviting vibeâperfect for sitting down and reflecting in the quiet of the morning. Itâs a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I especially love the little corner next to the counter dedicated to making filter coffee. The design is subtle yet thoughtful, combining earthy tones with an industrial feel, which ties in perfectly with their brand, Lantai Bumi (Earth Floor).
And letâs not forget the coffeeâitâs far from just being pretty for the 'gram. Their coffee is genuinely delicious, not the kind of mediocre brew you sometimes find in stylish cafĂ©s. I was so grateful to my friend for the recommendation, I ended up spending the whole morning there, working until lunch while enjoying three cups of their...
