I went there for a meeting on September 30, 2022 at 3-6pm. My coworker (who booked the room) said that the room was available for extended hours if our meeting takes more time than expected and was confirmed available by the admin via WhatsApp when we booked the room, but turned out we were noticed only 5 mins before 6pm that we had to leave. The waitress (wearing hijab, looked like a newbie) came to warn us that we should leave by 6pm, otherwise we will be fined, with the straight face. We were quite shocked as we had not finished the meeting with some external members/guests, and my coworker said that we could extend the booking, we had to pay only Rp50K per hour, we agreed. Roughly 5 mins later, the waitress came with another waiter (maybe her senior), they came to clean the room because another group would be using the room after us. Why isn't there any notification earlier if the room will be used for another customer? Moreover, the meeting room (I rented room no.1 if I'm not mistaken) was not in a good condition. Watery walls/water seepage that made the walls looked old (and the colors made it look like a tutoring class/bimbel, it looked cheap to be honest), many leaky spots during the rainy season (very disappointing, we had to use many buckets to catch the drips). The front area, outside the meeting rooms was full of rain splash (tampias), as the canopy was not long enough for the terrace area. And the minor inconvenience to me was the toilet, the floor tiles didn't slope (enough) to the drain, water puddles might be disgusting for many people. Also, the cashier didn't remind us to get our ID card back (KTP to guarantee the reservation), maybe she didn't remember, or it should be a mandatory procedure after completing payment to prevent it. I do hope for the better service and facilities in Relasi Co-Working Space. This coworking space/cafe is quite well-known in Yogyakarta, and the price is not cheap, relatively expensive for many people in the city. Better service and facilities are truly expected. Thank you.

The space itself is quite spacious & comfy. Two floors with tables in different sizes to accommodate guests from a couple to rather large groups. Electric plugs n wifi available, convenient if you wish to work there. There are also meeting rooms available for rent. Parking lot is pretty spacious. The food n drink, however, were disappointing. Overpriced, measley portion, and tasted bad. I gave the place a try twice, thinking maybe the first time was just bad luck. The second time, about a couple of months after the first, was just as bad if not worse. The espresso-based coffee too weak, the food took ages to come out, served cold, n tasted terrible. All in all, nice place to work at, but i'd look elsewhere for food n drinks...

Brand new place in town! Located at the center of where students live, Relasi offers a great, spacious place as a coworking space. Seat arrangement is great, not too close to each other, and is comfortable. If you are smoking, they have outdoors with comfortable seating just like the indoors. You can also book the meeting room for workshops, meeting, and such. Drinks offered are so-so but still enjoyable. The minus from this place are they serve drinks using plastic cup (I personally don't like it) and the menu is relatively pricey for me ): My overall experience there is good, but I have my hopes for them to change the plastic cup into the glass to reduce waste! Keep it up, Relasi!

the place is quite nice for working, since it offered lots of tables, wifi, and charging spots (second floor is more suitable to work alone or in groups) but the music were loud, if you're looking for quiet working surroundings, i recommend to bring your own headset. the crews are also helpful (we asked about the AC temperature that were too cold, and they rushed to turn the temperature up) Drink was good and served in a big glass (worth the price, ordered caffe latte with no sugar). The food needs to be better😔😔. Ordered rice bowl of chicken blackpepper but the rice a bit hard and the blackpepper taste wasn't really kicking😐

They definitely need to learn the difference between matcha and green tea. I asked the barista recommendation for non coffee beverage and she mentioned green tea, i said okay. Then i got a matcha latte, funny. But anyway this cafe isn’t the best choice to work, if you’re a smoker you might feel comfortable with the outdoor seating but, not for a non smoker. The air conditioners don’t work properly it’s hot on the indoor 2nd floor area. The music is (too loud for me), because when people coming to work they prefer to wear headphones/tws themselves. It’s kinda annoying when I still can hear the music that you guys play.

Food & Price: Many options to choose from drinks, snacks even meal. But, surprisingly there's menu were unavailable because some reasons. About the price tho it's quiet pricy but at least all foods and drinks were taste good. Service: The staff was friendly and fast Place: There's meeting room that has table and tv with AC that you can rent for 3 hours but the rooms were not have sound proof wall so you can still hear outside sound and other meeting room. The cafe tho has so many seats indoor or outdoor and has two levels with more seating area and this cafe is suitable for unsilent work
