Food. I personally recommend their dobin mushi soup. Very soothing and calming warm, aromatic dashi stock soup with various mushrooms and 2 pcs prawn and clams. I also ordered their toro premium sashimi. 1 portion consist of 2 slices, quite tender. But with the price tagged to it, I couldn’t expect more. For the mains, we ordered chicken nanban and beef truffle don. I like the truffle beef better, fragrant from the smokiness and from the truffles was super good. Plus the beef slices were tender and juicy. The chicken nanban also good actually. I bet they use chicken thigh because it super juicy but crunchy outside. You can tell the nanban sauce was seriously well made. I ordered also their cocktail, called kyoto spring. Super good and refreshing.
Service. Staffs were nice, smiling, polite and very patient to explain all of our questions. Serving time was good. Their hot ocha is refillable. Super nice.
Place. Tables were clean, unfortunately not with the bench. Bench was dirty, a lot of stains and marks. Ambience was good, back sound a soft music, makes your dining calm and enjoyable. Toilet was clean, not smelly. Good job.
Price. I would say it is worth the money you pay.
Access. Free parking and a lot space available both for 2 wheelers...

First off, ika sashimi's presentation already looks unappealing. But the taste is what factors into my low scoring. The squid didn't smell much which was good, but it was warm (didn't ordered it grilled of the sort) and had some sort of mucus on the underneath. Taste wise without any shoyu or condiments, it felt gag-worthy. Point blank, it doesn't taste fresh.
Onto the beef truffle don, the name itself contains the world truffle, yet there was no hint of smell or taste of it throughout the whole meal. The fried garlic which was put as toppings were stale and hard to chew on. The beef wasn't seared/cooked evenly, some were well done and some of the middle were still rare, which wasn't potrayed in the picture (pink, medium rare-medium?).
Lastly, the teriyaki sauce was mid, it's pretty light compared to other teriyaki sauces which I didn't mind. The meat is basically gyoza meat.
The scoring was brought up by the good service, the staff were attentive and careful as well as helpful...

FOOD Food was quite good. If you like authentic sushi taste, I'd say it's way better than Sushi T**. I ate Chirashi, Salmon Makimono, Manhattan Roll and Salmon Skin. The salmon was quite fresh. They gave a lot of wasabi paste. Would be better using real wasabi. Manhattan Roll is crunchy inside and the shrimp also generous. Salmon skin is crispy, dip it into the sauce for better taste. There is a wide variety of sushi that you can choose!
PRICE Even though the food is good, the price is quite expensive, its almost similar to Sushi Hi* or Gin Sushi which quite famous and known restaurant with high quality sushi to compete with.
SERVICE This restaurant can improve the quality of service by training their waiters more. I ordered 1 sushi set consist of mixed nigiri. Chutoro is one of the set menu but it was empty. I was offered Salmon nigiri as substitute and its way cheaper than chutoro which almost 100k. The table and seat can also be cleaned more especially during covid time, because I found...
