Reply to owner’s reply : the fact that you ACUSE me of something I didn’t do, makes it so much more obvious on how bad this restaurant service is. First of all, escort me with an umbrella ? When ? where ? I didn’t drive my own car my dear, i got dropped off nowhere near the restaurant, let alone being escorted by ur staff with an umbrella. Are u a fortune teller ? A dukun ? Orang pintar ? Second, I ask for a water, only WATER cuz im THIRSTY and ur waitress kept insisting (NOT in a polite way) thats its on the table already when in fact the only thing on the table is ur free bread. She also admit that she misheard me (but no apology are given) do u think thats polite ? After reading ur reply I’m not surprised that ur staff has a really bad attitude considering as an owner urself, u can’t even accept criticism even after i praised you food.

Actual comment : Went to this place as a group of 6, we ordered appetizers and entrees and spend around 1 million idr. Food is okay but the service is really bad… if u want to open a restaurant and charge people 90k for ONE plate of pasta, the LEAST u can do is give a great service. We arrived at around 2pm to avoid lunch/dinner crowd, so the place is quite empty. As we came in, the waitress doesn’t welcome us, we have tp find our own seat and we need to call the waitress ourself for the menu. At one time i asked for a glass of water (i said air mineral) and the WAITRESS kept INSISTING (not the polite kind i must say) its on the table already, when i ask where is it ? She points at the bread 🤣 i guess “roti” and “air mineral” sounds the same for her ? As we were eating, for some weird reason, the waitress kept asking to take our plate even tho there’s still A LOT OF FOOD in the middle of the table 😭 like are u blind my dear? A good restaurant would offer to Change your plate when its dirty, but this restaurant just take ur plate as if telling u to leave quickly (the place is not even crowded at all, many empty seats and again, I didn’t come during lunch/dinner time). Too many things had gone wrong.

I had great expectation entering this place, as we saw the signage board went up a few weeks ago. We visited this place tonight as a group of 3.

Not only our expectation was not met, we even left this place saying to each other that the table service was very poorly done and too task oriented.

We arrived on a Saturday night 17.30 to avoid the rush dinner time. There were 1 table served before us, and we were given the menu by the waitress.

Things started to go wrong since!

The bread stick was a bit tough for us. But it was edible, no complaint.

When we were having our salad, I saw small insects on my plate on two different occasions. I cannot pinpoint whether it was the food served or the dining table (candle was provided on each table, I wasnt sure if this is for romantic purposes or for insect repellant purpose)

Our pasta was served hard to chew. The waitress asked us earlier when we ordered how we would like our pasta served, and we asked for well done / aldente. We had to call the waitress to recook the pasta for us. Disappointed at this time.

As we were eating, waitress continued to "pester" us by asking multiple times if we were done with our plate. While we understand the standard restaurant procedure of having the dirty plates cleaned out of your table, it came up as indirectly saying to us "please get out once you are done" when it is done without proper etiquette and hospitality.

Out of all the menu we ordered, only the pizza came out with no complaint.

There are plenty rooms for improvement. We are hoping that this doesnt happen to...

Pelayannya kurang friendly & ramah, merasa tidak di welcome masuk restonya, makan dibatasin 90 menit. Makanan keluar lumayan cepat, jarang2 resto italia makanannya cepet, jd agak2 curiga apa fresh made atau udah disiapin sebelomnya, menu ga ada gambar cuma keterangan bahan2 aja, pesen pizza 2 macem, formagi & dynamite, overall pizzanya ok cuma kejunya baunya lumayan jg buat yg formagi. Spaghetii bolognese std aja rasanya Carbonara agak2 aneh rasanya buat sy pribadi, anak aja yg biasa doyan ga abis. Octopus yg rasanya aneh banget, ga kaya gurita tp lbh kaya ikan rasa & teksturnya. Sup mushroomnya jg agak aneh, menangnya banyak aja porsinya. Beef stewnya jg std Cuma yg enak raviolinya aja dr semua. Grill vegetablenya jg enak.

Karena anda membalas review saya dengan mencari2 kesalahan sy daripada mencoba memperbaiki kualitas resto anda, maka saya mencoba lebih mendetail review saya.

Pertama kali sy datang jauh2 untuk khusus mencoba resto anda, sy datang sekitar jam 1.30, memang sewaktu sy dtg resto anda ramai dan banyak yg sudah cek out, jd mungkin sekitar 1/2 resto anda kosong sewaktu sy duduk, staff anda tidak ada bicara apa2 soal 90 menit sewaktu sy duduk di meja pertama, sesudah istri sy minta pindah kursi ke yg ada sofa karena merasa sempit dimeja yg pertama karena terlalu dekat dengan meja bar, baru salah 1 staff anda teriak2 dari belakang ke staff perempuan yg melayani kita memberitahu soal waktu makan yg menurut sy kurang sopan diluar dgn kurang welcomenya staff anda, alangkah lbh baiknya sedari awal kalau full reservasi memberitahu soal waktu makan ke customer yg direct walk in. Bagaimana dgn tamu yg sudah ada seblom sy dtg dan masih makan sampai saya keluar, sy rasa itu sudah lebih dari 90 menit, apa 90 menit khusus utk direct walk in?? Oh yah, ada jg kejadian waktu tamu jepang memanggil staff anda, staff anda teriak dari belakang meja bar dgn nada yg sangat tidak sopan, apa ini layanan dari “authentic italian restaurant”??? Dgn kurang welcomenya staff anda dan terkesan tidak mempedulikan tamu, lbh baik direview ulang staffnya, suka tidak suka maupun sedang bad mood dll, sudah resiko perkerjaan utk waitress utk selalu sopan dan welcome, kalau tidak bisa berikan itu apalagi disekelas “authentic” resto anda yang harga tidak murah juga, lbh baik staff anda suruh cuti atau kerja dibidang lain, daripada memberikan layanan yg tidak sebanding dgn harga dan kelas di authentic resto anda. Utk masalah menu, sy hanya mereview kl menu anda tidak ada gbr (siap2 baca inggris utk tamu yg mau datang) tp anda membalas kl itu khas “authentic resto italy”, seperti bicara memang begini cara resto kita, boleh terima atau tidak, masih banyak sekali resto2 di indo yg tidak bisa menghargai bahasa lokal, kl khas resto tidak ada gambar mungkin bisa dikasih opsi menu dengan bahasa indonesia. Utk tanya ke staff, sy sudah tanya ke staff, tp respon staff anda seperti tidak menguasai menu dgn jawab seadanya, atau memang mereka sudah tidak peduli aja?? Dan soal menu yg anda bilang sy kasar dgn melempar2, ya, memang sy ada sedikit melempar dimeja sy sendiri, why? Karena dari awal sudah disajikan dgn sikap staff anda yg seperti itu, juga kurangnya kesadaran, sy datang ber6 tp staff anda kasih 2 menu, sehingga sy harus ambil sendiri menu dimeja dekat kasir, dgn sikap staff begitu anda masih minta sy utk bertanya dgn staff anda. Untuk soal kecepatan makanan, kalau memang sesuai yg anda bilang, maka patut diacungi jempol, karena jarang sekali bisa cepat, itu bagus. Tapi mungkin bisa dicek utk fresh bahannya terutama utk octopus legnya, atau mungkin lidah saya aja yg tidak cocok dengan resto anda.

Dari semua review sy soal rasa makanan, anda lbh memilih utk membahas soal menu dan sikap sy yg agak sedikit melempar menu yg harus sy ambil sendiri juga dimeja sendiri itu kasar dibandingkan dgn sikap dari staff anda sendiri yg mungkin menurut anda itu fine aja tidak kasar terhadap tamu. Thank u...
