Roemah Koffie — Restaurant in Pagedangan

I really like the concept of Roemah Koffie that brings back the feeling of eating Indonesian cuisine in the old Batavia house. Not just a good concept, but they also deliver the best taste of some signature food that we're familiar with.

Their Soto Betawi is surprisingly one of the best soto betawi I've ever eaten. The soup was thick, creamy and the spices was just right fit. The oxtail soup was also satisfying and both are served in large portion that can be shared.

As for snacks, we tried their singkong goreng, tempe kering, and nachos opak. Singkong was yummy, but I like nachos the most! Who knows that opak is a perfect pair with salsa and mayo! For their beverages, I tried kopi rakyat and berry blossom and both taste good and fresh! Their coffee was perfect pair with their pastry. I love their croissant filled with ham and cheese.

You should also try their special drinks during Christmas edition. Nutcracker (nuttela) and Why Mr Grinch (matcha) taste good. Yet for me Run rudolph run, a drink with tiramisu and non alcohol rhum sensation was fabulous!
