Sebagai restoran francise, interior kedai Tiga Nyonya bolehlah di acungi jempol. Suasana vitage ala ala kolonial terasa sekali dengan furniture dan beberapa pernak penik kekunoan yang mengiasi ruangan. Review ini di buat February 2018, menurut pegawai yang saya ajak ngobrol malam itu Kedai di Palembang ini adalah satu satunya yang masih tersisa dari sekian banyak yang sebelumya tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Saya biasa masak di rumah tanpa micin, jadi saya berharap banyak saat makan ke restoran ini. Sorry to say, bahkan tahu goreng dan cuko empek-empeknya saja jauh di bawah harapan. Saran saya mungkin perbaiki cara masak dan penyajian , lebih enak lagi kalau semua karyawan terutama yang berhadapan langsung dengan tamu dibekali informasi tentang latar belakang kedai. Karena saat saya sekadar iseng bertanya pada seorang waiters tentang nama tiga nyonya , dengan santai ia menjawab karena ada foto tiga nyonya di ruang VIP. Semua bisa tanya Mbah Google, jadi alangkah tidak enaknya mendengar jawaban...
