I've always loved being here; the coffees are great, as well as the food. I've been recommending Stuja Kerobokan to my friends and relatives. However, I DIDN'T HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE with what I had two days ago around 8 pm, neither the service nor the food that I ordered.
So there's this one server, I reached out and waved at him properly to place my order, but he told me to wait a little. I patiently waited for almost 30 minutes. I also tried to make eye contact with other servers, expecting one of them to approach me, but they seemed so ignorant.
What irritated me the most is there's a new customer, a girl, had just arrived, and the server I mentioned earlier quickly took her order before mine, even though I had been there first. I assumed they knew each other because they looked close and spoke casually. Finally, I went up and left my table to place my order, while other customers could relax and easily get their orders.
I thought I was cranky because I was hungry, but this is not how a business should operate. They shouldn't treat customers differently, being nicer to people they know and less nice to those they don't know. Also, the beef...

Triple the noise pollutan. You have to shout to speak to your friends. No staff at cafe entrance to check temperature. I ordered and sat at an empty table and the cashier shout at me not to coz it's a no seated table (due to distancing regulation), I asked where can I sit and she said find available table outside and no one showed up to assist. All tables full. Unlike indoor, the outdoor didn't even care about covid 19 distancing regulation. Need to back and forth to pick up your order since the order of course not done at a similar time. The bip bip noise of the alram is loud. Now imagine if 10 tables bips at the same time. Might as well turn on a sirene or what. Staff service is bad. The lowest. Noise is too much. Not the place you will pick to enjoy coffee of course. Latte was fine. Hope they change it...
Read moreThis is my second visit to the Stuja Kerobokan after previously going to Stuja di Pantai and I have to say, both visits here at Stuja Kerobokan have been so pleasant thanks to the amazing staff. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, a total contrast to the attitude I experienced at Stuja di Pantai. Big shoutout to the team at Stuja Kerobokan, you guys are wonderful!
I tried their Osmanthus Latte, part of a special collaboration menu, and I loved it. The floral note of osmanthus adds such a calming aroma, blending beautifully with the smooth coffee. Unique and comforting in the best way.
I also had my forever favorite: pannacotta. The creamy sweetness of the dessert meets the bold bitterness of the espresso. It’s a perfect match.
Great drinks, delicious dessert, and service that truly leaves a smile. Will...
