Pizza Hut Pandanaran — Restaurant in Semarang

This Pizza Hut restaurant is in the middle of the city, has ample parking, service is on the 2nd floor, there is also a private room available for small parties or very comfortable office meetings. there is a section where you can wait for your order if you are taking it home. The employees are very friendly, very friendly and also very skilled in serving. The restaurant employees here do multi-tasking very well at once👍. note for restaurant owners, maybe you could consider adding more employees during peak hours. In fact, you have succeeded in having a very good team of employees who work extraordinary. the friendliness and multitasking that they do is very good and kind makes me feel amazed but on the other hand I also have a heart and feel that they are busy doing other work too which may not be in the position they should be. Everyone knows pizza hut since it was one among the first pizza restaurants in Indonesia. I personally rate this place as a standard pizza hut restaurant. The plus point is the place is quite comfy, with large parking lot and good service. The food is good but for me who prefer Italian to American pizza, it’s actually not my best option. But it’s the taste of pizza hut as you already know. I want to also note that when I ordered dessert they seem to give me frozen strawberry which tasted old, not fresh anymore. Sp I hope this is not what they usually serve. This place is also located in a strategic area. However I cannot find an access for disable, you need to go upstairs to reach the restaurant. After quite a long time, I finally returned to Pizza Hut on Pandanaran Street in Semarang. The location is very convenient, right on the main road, and the parking area is impressively spacious, definitely a plus for those coming by car. Unfortunately, the overall experience was a bit mixed. Out of all the staff, only one person was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The others seemed rather indifferent, which was a little disappointing. As for the food, the taste felt slightly different from what I remembered. It wasn't bad, but it didn't have the same flavor as it used to. The menu also seemed more limited this time, with fewer choices available compared to previous visits. Still, it's a decent place for a casual meal, especially if you’re nearby, but I hope they improve the variety and service quality...
