The Harvest Semarang — Restaurant in Semarang

Famous name in cake and pastries, here they provide additional main course like western and indonesian food. In my visit it like they are not prepared to serve restaurant customer, maybe it just because the pandemi, but there is no love at all.. when we came, nobody approach us to explain anything, even as simple as show the menu. I tried to ask for baby chair by a shouting a bit, because they have like 3 waiters but all are behind the counters. One came and put the baby chair, but thats it no asking for order no telling nothing. Aside from that, they have spacious well decorated room, clean toilet. And thats it. Hopefully they can improve...

This review is applicable for service provided,not for the restaurant itself.BEWARE when you make online purchase and paid beforehand with their cakes/pastries..they send the cake out but fail to inform /notify Buyer even by simple watsapp/sms??They send the cake in the morning at 1030am when we requested to be delivered at 4pm..The watspp and telephone service also bad(always delay when replying).Price not match the service provided.Dissapointed...

Tempatnya enak, cozy. Kuenya udh jaminan enak The Harvest. Tapi sebagai penyuka Cheesecake, bagi lidah saya kurang cheezy utk Cheesecake Blueberynya karena pernah makan di tempat lain yg lbh cheezy. Staf ramah2.

Cobain makan di tempat dan pesan makanan lain. Awalnya pesan calamary, tp kata waitressnya cmn adanya olahan french fries sama sosis brunch. Akhirnya pesen spicy fries (harga jg 50k, ekspektasi tinggi dong mungkin jumlahnya byk / rasa luar biasa). Pas dtg, agak kaget porsi dan bentukannya gitu doang. Baru pertama kali liat dan makan french fries dikasih bumbu sambel goreng ati (walau atinya diganti daging cincang 🤣), rasanya ga nyambung blas. Padahal ada tomato cheryies yg bs bikin segar (minyak french fries dipadukan minyak sambel goreng ati, greasy bgt) dan bs ngebind kentang dan bumbunya, tp dikasih dikit amat cmn 2 slice tipis. Pesen minumpun, niat hati pesan teh sama capucino biar ga eneg, gulanya udh dimasukin ke minuman ga kira2 sampai kemanisan. Harusnya gula cairnya dipisah biar customer yg nentuin kadar manisnya, atau ya kasih takaran gula yg lebih make sense, udh makan yg manis, gulanya jg jgn takaran kue.

Overall rekomended utk kuenya, tp flop utk...
