Excelso Coffee Rinjani — Restaurant in Semarang

I had a bad experience in Excelso Rinjani. Service was bad and long. Food quality was bad. Seafood platter was more like batter platter, no seafood just flour. I ordered Dori Oat. The dori was not fresh, it's very soft. I did not eat it. I tried to tell the cashier with initial R. She put long face since the first time I came. She insisted that's how dori supposed to be. That's how they serve dori. It's not the food that made me mad but the cashier's attitude. She kept telling me that Dori should be like that. What a stupid answer. The third day to come and enjoy the anniversary promotion. Come early with some other customers, 30 minutes earlier before the open time, 10.30 am. They improve on taking order. Such a good improvement. First come first serve right. And then the sillyness happen, that all orders just piled up. So the 1st order become the last, because their manual notes folded from earliest to the latest, so the first the kitchen will read is the one on top. And other stupidity is customers who come latest get their drink already, while the one who ordered since 10.45 don't get the drink. LOL....

The location of this excelso cafe is unusual, existence of bowling area emphasize the unusual thing about this cafe. The ambience is great. Service is great. Coffee is great as usual, but food menu we ordered (Hot and spicy beef) is less salty for our taste. The egg in the Excelso Benedict is overcooked (see my video).
