BAKMI KARET SOERJA (SURYA) - ALAM SUTERA — Restaurant in Serpong Utara

We passed this place purely by accident and we decided to give it a try as we like to try out different Bakmie places.

We noticed immediately how the place is very clean which was a good indicator for us to dine in.

The waitresses were very attentive, as we sat down they immediately gave the menu and recommended the signature dish of this place - the Bakmi Daging Campur - consisting of mince pork and chicken slices.

We ordered Mie Halus Daging Campur, Mie Halus Ayam and some of the appetizers which was the bakso goreng and pangsit goreng.

For the taste, we love salty foods so this was not too salty (personal preference) but as we added pepper and salty soy sauce the flavour became very rich.

Terletak di ruko crystal 8. Aku pesen "bakmi karet" ada dua size, regular dan large, aku pesen yg large seharga 41.000 dan boleh pilih topping mau ayam kampung rebus suir atau 🅱️🆎 I kecap cincang. Boleh di mix juga. Porsi "large"nya buat aku pas gak gede gede banget.

Bahas rasa standar sih, yg perlu di apresiasi di meja disediain condiments lengkap banget, saos saosan aja mereka sediain dua jenis (mangga dan belibis). Ada daun bawang sama gorengan babi juga. Tekstur mi karet nya bagiku juga "kurang karet" alias tidak se kenyal restoran bakmi karet ternama (patokan aku Bakmi Karet Krekot di Samanhudi). Tp bagiku ini udh cukup enak sih kalo lg mau makan bakmi nonhalal di daerah alam sutera.

Kuah nya jg mau kubahas unik ga kaya kuah bakmi biasanya. Dia ada pakai jahe sepertinya. Aku gak komplain tp aku prefer kuah kaldu ayam pada normalnya aja sih karena kalo pake jahe serasa makan herbal drink atau kembang tahu. Itu preferensi orang aja sih gimana.

Menu minuman bervariasi dan untuk teh boleh refill.

Saran ke depannya mungkin bisa ditingkatkan lg kebersihan restorannya, khususnya lantai kayanya jarang disapu ada banyak sampah kayak tisu dan kertas berserakan di bawah meja saya. Sisanya selebihnya oke, staff smua helpful dan kecepatan penyajian makanan jg...

My wife and I visited this place randomly and it's worth it. Loved their bakmi Karet, chewy and tasty. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy. We ordered mixed meats, minced and chunk ones. Ordered their fried meatballs, not bad. The staffs were friendly. Overall, it's still recommended...
