If take away- make sure to mix the noodles with the sauce as the noodle dries out sitting for hours. But before an hour then its still good as it is. Popular noodle shop in the popular Pasar 8 Alam Sutera market complex. It opens from morning and quite crowded / busy around lunch time. We ordered their specialty bakmi keriting noodles with suikiaw and pangsit / wonton in soup bowls. The noodles were good with springy texture and nice taste plus lots of porky toppings. The suikiaw soup was better than the pangsit / wonton soup but they're both quite nice complements to the noodle.

Comparing to other siantar noodle i had tasted, it is a cut above the rest but i would not say its the best.The noodle are nice and springy, the flavor is nice, although it's not consistent sometimes it would be good and sometimes it would be mediocre.Although I sti gave it 5 star based on the flavor and comparing it to other places also by how fast the dish was served.
