Cutt & Grill Flavor Bliss — Restaurant in Serpong Utara

Place looks cozy & inviting, perfect for a small gathering because of the square or rectangular tables. The ideal should be 4 (max for 6) people so everyone can hear & talk together. I would give at least 4 stars just deciding by the look of the place.

We went for a families dinner on Saturday night (9 people with different ages), no problem getting seated even without reservations. Our table was a long table so kinda hard to carry a conversation. Just FYI for your consideration.

Staffs & service were good, friendly & courteous. However I can see how our server struggling to keep in track whose orders it was. Also each person had their own preference how their steak was cooked. We ordered sirloins (after being informed tenderloins was out), meat was cooked medium well instead of medium rare & a bit of confusion with side dishes too. Taste was average for sirloins. So 3 stars rating this.

Not an ideal place for older parents who are struggling climbing...

We were excited about having a meal at this restaurant as the menu looked good and from the website photos the ambiance appeared to be perfectly suited to a group of friends seeking a quiet dinner with lots of great conversation.

We were wrong. As soon as we sat down we were overwhelmed with booming-bass disco-type music over which we could hardly hear each other speak. We asked a couple of times for the volume to be turned down but to no avail. We were subjected to this highly disturbing noise throughout our entire meal.

This was very disappointing as the food at Cutt & Grill is pretty good (although the French fries that came with my wagyu beef burger were not properly prepared; they were white and soft rather than golden brown and crispy as fries should always be ). My burger was delicious and perfectly cooked.

i ordered medium black angus sirloin, but both on the left and right side already medium well slightly to well done, but at center of the steak was perfect. one thing that really bothers me the steak was like room temperature when it was served to me, not even hot. so i was in rush to finish the steak before it went really cold and chewy. make sure when you serve the steak its hot not warm slightly to room temperatue. the sauce was good, mashed potato was perfect i really enjoy that. for the service was standard, you need improvement to connect with the guest, dont forget to say magic words, there are lots of magic words to make the guest happy and feel valued👍 i hope when i re-visit the restaurant you guys already make lots of...
