Normally very crowded, noisy with people voice (talk/ laugh each other), not suite for formal meeting but great for family/ friend time.
Good for breakfast/ brunch/ chit-chat tiem, but not too suite for big meal, a bit cold at indoor area because of full power air con towers are on, watch out for your senior people.
I felt a libble bit over price for F&B here, bad nasi hainam (cold & dried), but good for dimsum (size & taste average) served very hot, big ice tea glass, xoxoxo (but no refil).
Slow in service just be prepare not too hungry when order, make sure you pay it first so they can process your order right away after.
Parking alot are plenty, other options of resto/ cafe also available in the district "Flavour Bliss", must try broadway walk concept at far in the behind.
When you bring your motobike, spare 5-10 minutes walk from parking slot to resto, while car can easily drive at any slot in front of the resto (if available, might be full during weekend/...

The food were great, the Chinese tea was absolute delicacy that we highly recommend if you go here (and they served the tea in real pot and real Chinese cups). My food, Kwetiaw Siram Seafood, was amazing as well and i finished everything wholeheartedly. The mantao was really good, kind of reminded me with original mantao i ever tasted. The pricing was moderate and the place was super clean and well-maintained. Definitely recommend the place and will definitely...
