Pizza Hut Restoran - ITC Serpong — Restaurant in Serpong Utara

The place is fine, they normally have 4 seated tables but if you need more than 4 seated table you can ask the server to add more table and seats they will gladly help you to arranged your seat. The table near the glass window is the best place in my opinion because not only you can hang out with your partner but you can also looking outside of the restaurant. The pizza quality is the same as any other pizza hut franchise, but I find a little difference in the mozzarella cheese of the stuffed crust. The vanilla milkshake is also too sweet compared to vanilla milkshake in the summarecon mall serpong franchise. Other than that it is quite fine. The place sometimes is crowded, if you want to take away service you will have to waited outside, they have a bench for take away service, good method so the place will not be too packed up of people in rush hour. Pizza hut in ITC is also a good choice when other food place is too crowded in the month of ramadhan because they usually still have some place unreserved. First and last time i will visit this outlet. We came around 3 pm on sunday there are more than 5 tables haven't been cleaned out yet. And it was as i expected, this outlet was understaffed. Only saw 3-4 waiters and all of them play role as cashier and prepping drinks as well. Took 20 mins for the first meal order to come which was fine but almost 60 mins for all of my order which was bad. Order lasagna, pan pizzas and fettuccine. I think the taste was not as good as othet pizza hut. Lasagna and fettuccine were total bland. The pizza taste plain. Tried martabak cheese pizza but it taste usual nothing special. One thing I was seriously worried is the hygiene. I did not see they spray anything to the table after they cleared up the plates and stuff. The pizza hut is located inside itc bsd. Near the lobby entrance, but i forgot the name of the entrance. The food quality is already standard in all pizza hut. It taste the same. Tasty pizza. But this place is a little bit small amd outdated. The light is too dark and the ambience is just dark. I hope they will renovate...
