Sate Khas Senayan BSD City — Restaurant in Serpong

Holaa amigos, I went to this Sate Khas Senayan in the evening. We reserved the places around 5:30 P.M. (not crowded at all, maybe since it was weekdays) you could also order your food first and make Down Payment therefore you don't have to wait too long for your foods. I am from Surabaya so I ordered Rujak Cingur, I could say it is quite authentic but not the delicious as the one I normally eat at East Java region especially Surabaya. The other food in the picture is Nasi Pecel (completely big portion 👌🏼), and Tahu Telur (they give you like fritters (tempe) but it is awfully so tough to chew hahahaha) peanuts sauce is okay. You need to add more spices for the ayam taliwang otherwise it will be too dry.

For beverages well traditionally taste good. But not lit🔥

They also have vegetarian menus like mushrooms satay (kudos for you vegans!), I didn't try because it's not mine hehehe.

Terrible service. I was ordering bakwan jagung only 32k but they didnt deliver it bcs my kid was playing out. When they back my maid ask the waiter where is the food he said wait. For a while my maid asked again and he said wait. The food never delivered until 40 minutes. While i already paid. Turns out when i went to cashier the food was there but never delivered. We got cold food without sorry. And we just had to takeaway karena kita uda mau pergi dan uda ga sempet makan. Mau refund juga ga bisa karena uda bayar. Boro2 attitude minta maaf. Menyebalkan banget. Worst restaurant ever.

If the general consul of Republic Indonesia 🇮🇩 and his guests got the DISASTER culinary experience , I wonder how they serve other costumers??

Many food are not available and they did not tell us so we could pick another options. They told us when they deliver few of guests. After When we follow up of the orders they say not available. At least tell us!!
