Ekaria Delight - BSD — Restaurant in Serpong

They have great hospitality and food, food was delicious and suits all of my family members. We reserved a family room with two medium-rounded tables. They should come with a karaoke machine, but when I got there, it was broken. It's a bit disappointing but we manage to have a good time there.

November 2022 updates The good news is the karaoke machine is repaired, and the air conditioning works well. And the food was good as usual. The bad news is, the service was bad. Even though my family already uses the VIP room. The waitress wasn't communicative, wasn't pouring our tea, and gave us trouble with the quarter-filled tissue box (you know how hard to pull tissue when it's almost empty, the sticking-out sheet will keep falling), and then when I ask the waitress to refill the tissue box, they just gave us another quarter-filled again. Overall, they're not helping enough for a semi-traditional Chinese restaurant. I hope...

In fact this is my first visit for the one in Serpong area (personally the one in Ketapang is preferred for various reasons esp the nostalgic feeling).

Just like its ketapang main branch, this restaurant looks like a ghost town. But surprisingly they still serve pretty decent food. I forgot what I ordered since it was quite some time ago I went there (to celebrate a certain ocassion), but usually I remember if something doesn't live up to standard, and certainly it was not the case for my visit.
