Its's located on BSD Square. This outlet has quite spacious place to hangout with your friends or doing your assignments alone. It has indoor and outdoor sides and a lot of seats and table. The public restroom is clean but has no sink and mirror. The wifi is working good as well. Overall, good place to killing your time

OUTLET ANEH!! 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 1. saya datang langsung masuk ke “IN” untuk antre, tetapi kasirnya malah melayani yang datang ke depan kasir. queueing systemnya sampah. 2. kasirnya kemudian membuat minuman dengan waktu yang lumayan lama. karyawan lainnya lewat2 dan sibuk sendiri, nyapa juga gk, ngarahin kami ada di antrian yang tepat juga ngga 3. Kasirnya yang tadi kemudian bilang “sebentar ya!”, trus saat saya memilih2 donat cokelat dan tanya 1 jenis donat yg desc-nya tertulis cherry, dia menjawab, “itu tiramisu kak! sama kyk yang itu (*menunjuk donat lainnya), ini udah ada nih!” PADAHAL SAYA KAN BELUM PILIH DONAT TIRAMISU. HANYA DONAT COKELAT! udah ketus, ngomongnya sembarangan, gk ngerti antrian, pegawai lainnya juga cuek banget. saya heran. ini adl outlet let alone j.co, ini outlet paling aneh dari merk apapun. bahkan dari warung jajan pasar. not recommended at all. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

A cozy place to have a cup of coffee. The services were good and when I came here in the morning they have breakfast package. There are charging ports in some tables. The toilet were okay. I really enjoyed my visit.

Untuk MANAJEMEN JCO DONUTS & COFFEE BSD, tolong diperhatikan penjualan di online aplikasi Go-Jek merchant atau Grab merchant ataupun Shopee Merchant, agar dapat lebih memberi edukasi lagi kepada karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan dalam penjualan online, menghubungi pelanggan jangan hanya mengandalkan chat dari aplikasi, inisiatif untuk menghubungi pelanggan melalui telepon, dan jika masih terkendala hubungi cs aplikator merchant, masa iya ga punya nomor cs dari aplikator merchant jika ada kendala dengan pesanan. Sebab ketidaksediaan menu bisa menyebabkan pembatalan dari pihak pelanggan, dan akan merugikan mitra pengemudi yang sudah tiba dilokasi apabila orderan terbatalkan. TOLONG KERJASAMANYA.....atau bagaimana jika semua mitra pengemudi membatalkan setiap orderan yang masuk dari pelanggan ke JCO DONUTS & COFFEE BSD. Supaya tidak perlu ada lagi pesanan online ke JCO DONUTS & COFFEE BSD, cukup melayani penjualan offline saja tidak perlu repot lagi melayani...

Parking should be available, but we got there on foot since we were waiting for our schedule at a Dermatologist just across the road of BSD Square where this JCo Donuts store is located.

It is a nice place to take a tea while chatting with a friend of yours since there are many...
