McDonald's BSD Sunburst — Restaurant in Serpong

Service was terribbly slow (getting worse if compared to past several years).

Some waiters at the counters needed to be trained further of product knowledge as they seemed to get confused or unsure when questioned about variety of products (they needed to check again with their seniors), or shamefully gave customers wrong answers. Very unprofessional (you should fire your HRD people) !

Need to provide more points of power source for customers to charge gadgets/laptops. But on the other hand quite several times I noticed "guests" who didnt purchase anything sitting on the table with confidence while charging their cellphones. You should kick their butts out.

I guess you have lotta "PR" to do to fix things up.

*) Btw, if you visit McD main store at Thamrin, Jakarta, the service is like even 10x slower than that of the BSD !!! Nah, you cant...

They have a new regulations regarding covid 19. If you want to dine in, you have to wash your hands first at the entrance. Next, wait for the security to pick your seat. From here it gets confusing, you can't queue if there are 3 people in the queue. But, I wasn't informed by anyone about the queue (my seat was far and cannot see the bar) so I just proactively try to queue. The ambience was crowded, the toilet and sinks were very much unpleasant because of the slippery floor. Fyi, they only open until 22.00 o'clock and they got new menu of Japanese style dishes... Good food, duh, it's freaking McDonald's. I took my daughter here. There's a half decent small playground. I said it's half decent because there's a broken part of one of the sliders end that's just left there by the staff when they can just put it away. But the children make some good use to it and make it like somekind of a hideout, so that broken part is not dangerous. The parking is easily available. Average cleanliness on the inside.
