Praline Coffee & Patisserie — Restaurant in Sukabumi

My team from Sukabumi had a table for seven, and the waitress could not handle the order, she got many things wrong, and service from the kitchen was the slowest I have ever seen in a restaurant. We ordered steaks, she asked each guest "medium or well" and noted it. The steaks all came at different times by another waiter who did not know if it was "well done or medium". We were very hungry and took what we could get after 20 minutes waiting. It even took ten minutes to get tea and coffee, and 15 minutes to get cakes which were on the display, only needed to be put on a plate. We ordered dragon fruit bowls, (which were excellent) and mango bowls. the mango did not arrive, and as I went to pay, the waitress said the mango fruit bowls were ready. service sangat buruk, saya tiba2 diminta pindah karna meja katanya sudah ter-reservasi padahal saat saya duduk tidak ada notes reservasi di meja. lalu saya minta keep jika ada meja kosong, namun saat ada meja kosong ternyata DILEWATI 2X oleh customer baru.

ketika saya complain server hanya diam lalu atasannya (i guess so) hanya mengatakan "maaf dan maaf" tidak memberikan solusi, solusi dari saya yakni request keep meja jika ada yg kosong.

selain itu overheard meja sebelah, banyak pesanan yg miscomm lalu server hanya menjawab "saya kurang tau" instead of saying sorry dan akan mengkonfirmasi ke kitchen.
