PAL’S Coffee — Restaurant in Sumatra

Environment is good. You can rent cabin for your vacation. If you like live music then there is no problem at all for you. Because there will be live music at night, so if you want to enjoy a quiet environment then this is not for you. The restaurant has plenty of spaces or tables. You can enjoy it while relaxing with a fresh air around you. The road leading to the restaurant is narrow and dark during nighttime (no streetlights). The location is also secluded. A Google Map or Waze is a must if you want to go there, the apps can guide you there. If you go there without guidance it will be hard unless you have a map and plan your drive before...

The restaurant itself is comfortable and well decorated and the staff is nice.

Unfortunately, I had told the staff that I was vegetarian and they said they understood. I even wrote on the ordering paper in Indonesian language saying I don’t eat chicken, beef, seafood and fish.

They brought out my noodles which were full of chicken. I can understand that people make mistakes so we kindly asked them to remake it.

They brought it back out and I started eating it but it still had chicken inside. Instead of remaking it, they just tried to pick out the chicken.

one of the worst cafe i've ever been to

the waitress were kind and nice

but the service were really bad they got our orders wrong we also need to wait for times for utensils

and when the utensils comes it literally has rice and spices sticking on it, so dirty and oily

the spaghetti taste like medicine and has few hairs on it

the fried rice has no flavor to it and the portions are small

this place were really disappointing

a lot of my friend recommend this place plus the place looks really pretty and looks good but...
