Ayam Bakar Wong Solo - Walikota Mustajab — Restaurant in Surabaya

i am a fan of Wong Solo’s ayam bakar and have been to multiple outlet across indonesia. Probably my expectation is quite high (based on previous visit to other outlet), i feel a bit discontent of the overall experience here. The waiter ‘forgot’ our order and we’ve been patiently waiting for our food for 30mins or so until we checked on the order, and only then realised the order was not submitted to kitchen. Still, we were very patient customer and wait for the food to be served in the next 10mins without making any fuss.

Somehow the food failed to amaze me like usual, probably because of the bitter experience we had earlier. The sambal not as good as I was expecting, and ultimate I couldn’t say Surabaya’s Wong Solo is as good as the other part of Indonesia. (Bali is the best)

The cleanliness should be the priority, still the floor was a bit out but table was kept clean & tidy.

Come again? - yes i will come as Wong Solo’s ayam bakar had a special place in my heart. Lol. I hope they will do better & keep doing the...

barusan tadi saya kesana, memang hari raya idul fitri banyak yg cari makan diluar, tapi untuk tadi saya baru merasakan yang tidak mengenakan

yang pertama : saya datang cari tempat duduk ada meja tapi tidak ada kursi, akhirnya saya minta tolong untuk diambilkan kursi oleh karyawan cowok

yang kedua : saya tunggu tidak ada yang melayani, akhirnya saya datang ke karyawan cewek untuk pesan makanan, lalu di layani , tapi saya masih sabar menghadapinya

yang ketiga : saya datang dari jm 18.45 sampai jm 19.45 makanan gak datang2, hanya minuman saja yang datang, saya akhirnya tanya ke karyawan cewek tapi tidak dijawab malah ditinggal pergi, untung ada karyawan cowok yang menjawab pertanyaan saya kalau saya harus menunggu antrean, kalau tidak bisa2 saya sudah marah2 disana

yang keempat : yang paling saya benci disini kenapa waktu customer yg pesan dadakan tidak diantar dulu makanannya, memang lebih penting customer yang sudah reservasi, tetapi seharusnya di selingi lah makanan yg sudah dipesan customer yg tidak reservasi kalau tidak diselingi ya begini akhirnya banyak CUSTOMER YANG HARUS RELA MENUNGGU BERJAM-JAM DEMI MENAHAN LAPAR YANG HANYA DI ANTAR MINUMAN SAJA TETAPI MAKANAN TIDAK DIANTAR, DAN AKHIRNYA HARUS MENG-CANCEL MAKANANNYA, DIKIRA CUSTOMER YANG TIDAK RESERVASI ITU PERUTNYA TIDAK LAPAR KAKAK !! HARUSKAH MINUM SATU EMBER ATAU SATU PDAM BIAR TIDAK MERASA LAPAR BEGITU !! KALAH SAMA HEWAN GELONGGONGAN YA KAKAK !! HELLO KAKAK INI MANUSIA BUKAN HEWAN !! SAYA JADI EMOSI RASANYA INGAT PELAYANAN DISINI !! SAYA NUNGGU DISINI BERJAM-JAM TIDAK ADA KARYAWAN YANG NGASIH INFO KE CUSTOMER NYA DAHULU, SAYA MALAH DAPAT INFO DARI CUSTOMER YANG LAIN BAHWA KARYAWAN MASIH MELAYANI PESANAN CUSTOMER YANG SUDAH RESERVASI ITUPUN 50 PCS !!

SAYA KASIH SARAN SAJA YA KAKAK DISINI, UNTUK LAIN KALI KALAU ADA CUSTOMER YG PESAN DADAKAN SEHARUSNYA DI BERI INFO TERLEBIH DAHULU KALAU SEMISAL ADA PESANAN CUSTOMER YG SUDAH RESERVASI, JANGAN SEPERTI INI LAGI, !! SUDAH NUNGGU BERJAM-JAM YANG DATANG HANYA MINUMAN SAJA, GITU ITU BAYAR MINUMAN DAN NUNGGU MAKANAN DATANG ITU MAHALAN NUNGGU KAKAK !! APALAGI MENYANGKUT PERUT , IYA KALAU YANG PERUTNYA BAIK2 KALAU PERTUNYA SAKIT...

I wont have another meal here. The waiter just put the menu book in my table without smile or saying any word, i thought i wasn't welcome to have a dine here. When i go to the toilet, i felt that the floor was very slippery, the visitors can easily fall while walking. The food is good tho, and the price is affordable. But with that kind of service, i swear i wont recommend this place to anyone, you can have the same menu in other restaurants which can treat you better with the same taste...
