I was there last night for iftar. I had the worst service and experience..
This is the list of the service that need to be improved :
Accept the reservation but they don't have appropriate table and space.
I made reservation a week before I went there, but they placed me on broken table and unappropriate place. If they don't have enough space, then please do not accept my reservation on this day.. I appreciate more if they tell honestly about the place already full booked rather than giving us broken table and unappropriate place.
Very bad service and menu of take away.
I ordered Haneed menu for take away. On that menu, theres's suppsed to have soup. when first visit, I choosed Haneed for dining in and there was soup. But they didn't include it on take away for sahoor when my 2nd visit even though it's clearly stated on menu book there's soup.
Very slow service.
I understand if I order on the spot due the peak. But this time I ordered while making the reservation a week before (in advanced) by Whatsapp for "Ice Tea" because I can't drink sweets free takjil. I appreciate they gave us free takjil, but because of health conditions I can't drink sweets so I order in advanced. But I'm very disappointed after arrive there, they did't serve what we order, the ice tea comes late. So I just drink water that I bring by myown to break fasting.
That's all my 3 review points. Last year Ramadhan I went there but it has excellent service. This year their service is decreasing. Hopefully when I visit again, I will not have this bad...

💰 The prices are a bit too high for my liking.
🍽️ The kitchen quality control for the food definitely needs some improvement. I ordered Kari Kambing but received Gule Kambing instead. When I asked the waiter, they said it was Kari because it used Kari leaves. In Arab cuisine, Gule and Kari are two different things, both in taste and appearance. Moreover, the dish was very salty, indicating that it wasn't checked by the kitchen staff or chef before being served.
👌🏼 The ambiance of the restaurant is nice and cool enough.
👏🏼 The service was also satisfactory.
🅿️ Free parking is available and guarded by the restaurant staff.
🤔 Would I come back to this restaurant? Probably not, as my experience with the wrongly named dish and its overly salty taste was less than pleasant.

We had to "jemput bola" or "pick up the ball". We went there, but the room was full of one whole (reserved) family.
