The restaurant serves good Indonesian food and steaks. Their desserts are good too.

For the food, I tried the Nasi Pincuk. It consists of kare ayam (chicken), daging (beef) bumbu rujak, lodeh tewel (young jackfruit), pecel, and some sweet potato-tempeh chips. Each of the dishes are done well — the seasonings were on-point and the meats are generally tender. The pecel (vegetable with peanut sauce) was also good — the peanut sauce was not too spicy and was thick and the vegetables still retained the crunch.

The oxtongue steak was also good. The oxtongue was sliced thick. The steak sauce was also enjoyable.

For the dessert, the iced avocado was good. It consisted of sliced avocado on a bed of shaved ice, served with chocolate sauce and sweetened...

Salah satu resto steak di lokasi terbaru di area Darmahusada-Surabaya di jaringan milik grup resto steak legend di Surabaya yaitu Bonami aka Boncafe dengan lokasi dan tempat parkir yang luas tapi sayang service dan pelayanannya jauh di bawah resto Boncafe aka Bonami Surabaya lainnya, WAKTU PENYAJIAN MAKANAN YANG LAMA dan PRAMUSAJI WANITA YANG SANGAT TIDAK RAMAH!!!! Disamping itu SUASANA BISING AKIBAT BANYAKNYA ANAK KECIL YANG BERTERIAK DAN BERLARI KESANA KEMARI. Dari segi RASA STEAK NYA juga TIDAK SEENAK DI BONCAFE aka BONAMI cabang lainnya. Hari ini saya datang berkunjung bertiga dengan saudara sekitar pk. 12.35 dan kami masing-masing langsung order steak dan minuman...setelah berjalan sekitar 30 menit baru keluar 2 minuman, sedangkan minuman yang 1 lagi yaitu order saya,baru disajikan sekitar 15 menit kemudian atau lebih tepatnya sekitar 45 menit dari waktu kami order makanan...Sekitar 15 menit kemudian atau sekitar 1 jam dari waktu kami order barulah steak pesanan kami di sajikan, TANPA ALAT MAKAN (GARPU+PISAU) DAN TANPA DINNER ROLL (ROTI)...sekitar 5 menit kemudian barulah alat makan di antar ke meja kita oleh pramusaji pria, lalu kita tanyakan:" Mas, kok kita gak di beri roti Dinner Roll dari tadi?"...Pramusaji pria tersebut menjawab:"Sebentar ya"...Tidak berapa lama datanglah PRAMUSAJI WANITA YANG MEMBAWA 3 PIRING KECIL FRENCH FRIES DAN LANGSUNG DI LETAKKAN DI MEJA KITA dan berkata dengan nada TIDAK RAMAH:" Roti Dinner Roll nya HABIS dan diganti dengan KENTANG" TANPA ADA PERMINTAAN MAAF SEDIKITPUN dan meletakkannya dengan SEDIKIT KASAR!!...Sampai kita bertiga bengong dan gak bisa berkata apa-apa. Akhirnya dengan sedikit malas, kita pun menyantap pesanan kita dengan PERASAAN TIDAK NYAMAN!!!

Sejak dulu saya sekeluarga bersantap di cabang Bonami aka Boncafe manapun, TIDAK PERNAH SEKALIPUN DIPERLAKUKAN SEPERTI ITU OLEH PRAMUSAJI WANITA...Selama ini yang kita kenal Bonami aka Boncafe adslah resto steak legend kelas atas yang notabene suasana nya menyenangkan dan pramusaji yang ramah.

SANGAT DISESALKAN RESTO BARU DALAM JARINGAN BONCAFE aka BONAMI TAPI PELAYANANNYA SAMA SEKALI TIDAK BERKELAS!!!! SEMOGA UTK KEDEPANNYA BISA LEBIH DIPERBAIKI PELAYANANNYA dan SEMOGA UTK ANAK ANAK BISA DIBERI AREA...

It is a shame that physical building doesnt come with service excellence. We had awesome meal and service when we went here couple of times.. but when it is peak hour, the service went to the sewage in an instant. It began with the manager on duty acted very defensive when we mere ask why the kids meal didnt look the same as it is on the menu. Secondly the glass served to us had lipstick on it, and the staff took it without saying anything. Thirdly, the satay we ordered never came!!! You really need to revisit your complaint handling SOP and your commitment to service excellence! I spent nearly 1 mio but had nothing near to the...
